One out of 15 defective

I generally like these and am about halfway through my second box of 10. Just noticed that one I just installed is defective: only the upper plug works. Too late to return them, and it probably wouldn't be worth the trouble, but I'll test them all on arrival if I order again.

Easily to install

Nice clean look. I like that it is tamper resistant which helps to keep dust out also making it easy to clean. Goes well with matching screwless face plate (sold separately) 1 thing I would change is the big TR on it; however, majority of my outlets are lower on the wall, so it is less noticeable.

Strong and reliable

For well used recepticles such as with vacuum cleaners, summer fans and more daily usage than a receiple behind the couch I highly recommend using this product. The internal parts are stronger than a consumer receptical, house wiring has a solid clamp connection on the back as well as an outside metal strap ground from top screw to lower screw to the green ground screw to ensure safety.

Plug Fits Snug. Commercially Grounded

It's not AS strong as a commercial outlet I have used but its much better retention than residential. Its push in wires but the screw clamps em. It can be series or cut the bridge if needed. It has commercial-grade grounding on the back and even the top screw which is an extra step. WOuld put photo if amazon made it easier. UL stamps but can't find the number lookup . easy to install, GLossy white and fits lower than a decorator screwless cover to give an outline contour.

Be careful!

The receptacle is actually a great deal (20 pack). They say residential grade but they are more commercial. The thing is the cover plate cost more than the receptacle! WTF! So the remedy is to get the Enerlites 10 pack midsize bundle. 8831M-W-10PCS, White (10 Pack) $12.75 Don't get 8831-W, They are $4.49 each!!!! Ouch...... spit spit! Just an awful practice.
