Perfect for bread dough..

Fantastic mixing bowl!

This bowl is so light weight but sturdy and doesn't slide around on my counter top when Im mixing with spoon or electric beaters. Love it!

Great mixing bowl for all purposes

This large lightweight bowl has been used for almost everything in my kitchen. I love it. It’s perfect. And it’s wonderful to keep things fresh in the refrigerator because it has a lid.

Great size. Might prefer it to be a bit higher and a bit less wide, but same volume. However, it is okay as is. Half a star off because the lid just rests on the top, it doesn't actually seal tightly. However, this is not a storage bowl, it is a mixing bowl, so the lid is really just a cover for short time usage. Sturdy with an excellent handle.

Love, love, love this product. It is very sturdy, very easy to hold and very useful too. It arrived in great time, was well packaged and is a very useful jug to have in the kitchen.

Robust, stable and convenient

Though listed as designed for mixing batter it is much more versatile than that. It is useful for any mixture that needs to be transferred or poured. I find if I've whizzed-up the ingredients for cake, for example, it's easier to transfer the mix to a cake tin from this bowl rather than just holding the rim of a conventional mixing bowl. The bowl has a rubberized base that keeps it firmly on the work surface while mixing and the handle is comfortable in the hand. It's a sturdy bowl that can withstand pressure on a sieve resting on the edges. I recently spilled the contents of a flimsier plastic bowl as it buckled as I put pressure on sieve. The only warning I would give is that the plastic of this bowl is quite rigid and in the past I had a Good Grips bowl of the same material and when I by mistake dropped it on the floor (just vinyl floor covering) on its side it split in two.
