Excellent shoes for training and racing
I am on my 3rd pair of shoes. Started on edition 2 and have had two pairs of Wave Shadow 3. These shoes are awesome. Light weight and feels great. Typical runs are 3-8 miles at a pace of 6:30 to 8:00 minute miles. These shoes handle it all. Only downside is that the grip is not the best on wet surfaces. You get what feels like a little slip. I switch over to other shoes on those days. Can not go wrong.

My favorite for years
It’s never the same for every runner but I have trusted Mizuno for years. They are a perfect fit FOR ME, and have remained absolutely consistent. I take them out of the box and they just fit. Hardly notice they are on. Again, everyone is different. This particular model is very light which I like for running. I have another pair that’s a bit heavy but I wear those for walking.

Uncomfortable soles
This was the third pair of Mizunos I had bought. Fit was a little tighter than the previous two. Soles were nowhere near the soft soles I had grown accustomed to so I returned them today.

Soles coming apart
Been buying Mizunos for awhile. Ran many marathons in them and never had this issue before. Soles coming apart, and you can see the shoes are barely worn. Little disappointed. Only have had these shoes about 3 months. And haven't put on alot of miles. Most of the miles I have have been treadmill miles. So it's not even as if they got moisture in them to break down the adhesive.

Falling apart
I loved the fit and feel of these shoes. The disappointing part is that I only had 1 month to return or replace these in the event of an issue. 4 days after that window closed, the sole began coming apart, as shown in the attached pictures. Very disappointed after spending the amount of money I did to purchase these shoes.

Good shoe overall
Good light fitting show---but the sizing is small. I would recommend a .5 size bigger than you think you need

Ligeros y cómodos
