My problem feet LOVE

My feet are supinated, I have plantar fasciitis, my big toes are long and sensitive, my heels are fairly narrow, but I need a roomy toe box, my instep is high AND sensitive, most shoes hit my ankle in a tender spot, I’m a little vain, and I’m happy so far with my purchase. I hate shoe shopping because I feel like the princess and the pea. I’m always complaining about something. They are as close to perfect as possible without getting custom. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10, and the 9.5 is great. I think I even have room to swell a little in the heat. For reference, I should be a 9, but my long big toe, ugh! I’m only a 9 in open toe sandals, because those sensitive long toes don’t hit the end. I’m a 10 in Sketchers and Nike. The insoles are perfect, not too hard or too soft, and the arch support is not too aggressive. My left heel slips a tiny tiny bit, but the perfect sock will remedy. Comfortable right out of the box. Not bulky or stiff like the Merrell’s I just sent back. To top off everything, my fashion conscious teenage daughter said they look good. They aren’t flashy, but they are flattering. I usually feel like I’m wearing clown shoes in my size. I haven’t gone out in them yet, I’ll edit later if my opinion changes when I do. Edit; so far so good. Walked for about an hour with no problems. Terrain was easy most of the time with some loose rock/gravel and sloped areas. I’m new to this so I walked with care.

Salomon doesn't disappoint!

Salomon is one of my favorite hiking shoe/boot brand. I hike alot and this brand always comes in giving it 100% of the time. As most trail runners they are very light and require no break in time. I'm an avid hiker. And these shoes provide the support I need. They are wide and offer enough space for your toes. Which is amazing when you are running and/or hiking and your feet begin to swell up. I fully recommend these shoes. And the price... ????????

Ehh

Was hoping for a nice quality pair of shoes according to the price. Wanted something waterproof or resistant for an upcoming cruise to Alaska. Received these after a lengthy wait and one seems to have a defect, there has a pointed piece in the edge where it pokes and rubs my ankle. Not certain I’ll keep due to the discomfort it will cause with long term wear.

I've worn these beach walking in the rain, they kept me dry and are so comfortable! This is my first time ever buying SALOMON'S and will definitely but again.

Good support for problem feet!

Since I have problem feet (narrow, metatarsal issues, pronation), I search for shoes that keep me comfortable and able to be as active as I want. Many other brands/models have not measured up. But these seem to be rigid enough to hold my narrow foot in place. (I use my custom orthotics, as well.)Since I wear them much of the time, I wish they looked a little more like everyday sneakers - they really look like hiking shoes. But the comfort is priority.

Style and comfort

Love these walking shoes, comfy and light and ive put them through there paces...... they havent let me down....looking at getting the boots for winter......any excuse ... an absolute must have

Perfect for narrow feet.

I have been trying to find a comfortable pair of waterproof walking shoes for the last year and have ordered lots of different styles and brands with no luck..... until I found these. I have pain in the ball of foot area and wear orthotics so I ordered a half size up to accommodate. These are by far the comfiest shoes/trainers I have ever worn. I "broke them in" by wearing them in the house for a couple of days but, to be honest, these would have been fine to go out walking with immediately. Several 6 mile plus walks and no sore feet, no rubbing of heels and the most comfortable underfoot insole. Perfect for my narrow feet. I can't recommend these highly enough.

Chaussures confortables

Pour l’instant seulement des marches dans le quartier et les parcs avoisinants. Très confortables. Merci pour les commentaires précédents suggérant de commander un demi à un point plus petit. Ça s'avère exact. J'ai commandé un demi point plus petit et j’ai tout de même de la place pour porter un bas épais.
