Nice fit and feel!

This shoe has plenty of room in the toes which is needed in a hiking shoe. A solid and stylish shoe design with plenty of grip and traction. The insole provides average cushioning and minimal arch support which is why I rated it at 4 stars. Also, I'm a bit concerned with the stitched-on shoelace eyelets for durability, but time will tell if they hold up under use and stress. The "OutDry" waterproof claim holds up from my initial assessment. A good feature to have in a hiking shoe. Overall, I like the fit and feel and the shoes wear well for hiking or even everyday use.

Comfy and well made, but stiff out of the box.

Columbia's Facet 75 Hiking Shoes are quite nicely made. The upper is made from a combination of fabric and plastic. The outer soles are robust and rugged. Overall they look and feel like high quality shoes. The olive green, black, creme, brown, and deep yellows colors used on the (Nori/Black) model is an attractive and subdued color scheme. In a size 10 they fit me quite nicely. I usually wear anywhere from a 10-11 depending on brand / style. I think I would find a 10.5 to be a better fit for me as these Columbia shoes are densely padded, so a little more room to "breathe" would be nice. In terms of actually breathing well, the Columbias are great. They keep my feet warm, but not sweaty or too hot. They are robust shoes, but they aren't heavy or overly bulky, and are actually quite flexible. The laces tie up smoothly and stay snuggly tied. The outer soles have a grippy tread and work equally as well over uneven terrain and pavement. All in all... great hiking shoes.

Awesome shoes

These are some of the best shoes I have had in a long time. They feel great and look great. I always get compliments and asked where I Bm got them at. Perfect fit and feel I definitely recommend these Columbia shoes.

Not the most comfortable shoe I've ever work

My wife actually picked these out for me because she thought they looked super comfy, with extra foamy soles. When I tried them on and walked around in them for a while, they were just okay. The style and color combo isn't really my cup of tea, but that's not really here nor there. They seemed to run a little more narrow than I anticipated, so for me, hiking is out of the question. I do have to say, however, that the tread on the bottoms is very rigid and would probably be ideal for a nice hike. Sadly, I think these will become my next pair of lawn mowing sneakers.

Good walking shoes

These are really comfortable and have a good amount of support in them. They don't leave my knees feeling jacked up after a longer walk like some shoes can and only required a minimal breaking in period for me. They have very good traction. Sizing was accurate.

Very Comfortable Sneakers, Great Material Too…

The media could not be loaded. These are very impressive. They are made for all terrain and weather conditions. The color looks amazing too. The color fits nicely with the style of clothing I wear. These are so nicely cushioned on the inside. The rubber bottom has a lot of traction. I walk my dogs daily outside and these sneaks can go anywhere. They will last for miles and miles!!!! Fits true to size too. Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

Comfy and fully waterproof.

I've been walking around in the spring thaw, and even in puddles several inches deep, these shoes have kept my socks dry. The shoes are very comfortable and well made. I am extremely happy with this purchase--so happy that I went and ordered a second pair!
