The Handle Is Hard To Control
I really like the idea of not having use a conventional mop: No bucket; not wringing the mop; and no smelly mop to dry and eventually replace. What Is bothering about this product is the swivel feature of the head. I know that it allows the user to maneuver around tight corners, especially in the bathroom. But every time that I try to just move the mop back and forth, the head flips up and I have to reposition it to continue cleaning. This repetitive motion results in pain in both my wrist and lower back. Thinking that adding more moisture to the pad would make the motion smoother, did not improve the cleaning process. I'm starting to regret not purchasing the Wet Jet.

It works like I expected
I only use it for spills. It tries to flip when you push it across the floor. I did use a dry pad to wipe my walls and it did a great job. I would probably use it to dust walls more than clean floors. My husband used it to clean the walls on the stairs. He really liked it for that. He could reach all the way to the top just standing on the stairs.

Not bad for product testing or clean in a hurry
Wand is flimsy comes with a bunch of different pads. If you're busy like me and don't get a chance to clean often this is whole package you get can be used to clean quickly and efficiently. Two large rooms with hard surfaces and two small bathrooms that are medium to heavily soiled will be the end of the box.

Efficient
Extremely efficient and you just need to use the wipe then sweep and it can sweep a ton life annoying fur for example overall this is very useful if you have a messy home.

So easy to use !
Very glad I got this. Easy to assemble, realized there were directions after I put it together. Easy to use, anywhere you don't have carpet. No more on my knees wiping down the kitchen, bathroom floors etc, why i didn't get this sooner I will never know. The wet pads are basically single use, will also be trying the re-usable ones for that, see how they work.

great at catching hair and pet fur easily.
If only for hair then 5 stars. If to replace a full on broom, don’t. I love this and I definitely am glad I got the stiffer. I just glide it through and create a dirt pile, so not constantly back and forth movement like you would a broom. Caught hair that my normal broom wouldn’t, but it will required a normal broom and dust pan to get up the pile. Over all an easier sweep. Four stars.

No Mop Ringing!
It's very easy to use and there's no need to wring out a heavy mop. It cleans well, but do have to make two passes on heavily soiled areas. Other than that, it's a keeper.

Frustrating for dog hair. I’d take a pass on these.
While it’s great at picking up dog hair, one dry sheet only lasts one room or less before needing to be changed and I’ve been using them every day. So if you’re getting these to deal with copious shedding, you’ll go through a lot of sheets and you’ll get fed up with constantly changing them. Also, the wet wipes only retain moisture for about 20 seconds. I keep having to run it under water at a sink to keep it moist in order to finish washing the floors. Huge waste of money and time.

Missing parts!!! Impossible to use it!!
Ok, arrived on time. First thing I noticed: the box has glue from a previous tape (retangle), as if it was previously open and someone put a second tape (round) to close it. Weird but I was hopeful that thise 20,000 reviews and many stars were correct about this product. Nope. Missing parts (see pictures), making it impossible to assemble it. Missing cloths as commented by other consumers. Shameful. Returning the product.

It does a decent job.
I docked one star because the whole handle/stick part is a lot flimsier than it used to be. I have an older version from many years ago and it is much better quality than the new one I just received. I like the heavy duty dust pads though, they work great. Much better than the regular ones. It’s a pretty good deal with all the pads and wet pads that come with. Just wish the handle/stick part was better quality. It still does the job though. I use mine every day because I have a little dog who sheds like crazy and I am slightly OCD about cleanliness.

Not as sturdy as I had imagined.
I waited for a long time for the order to arrive due to supply chain problems and when it did I was somewhat disappointed as the sheets for dry mopping were very light and flimsy. I will check to see if there are thicker sheets for tile floors. The wet sheets work very well on tile and hardwood. Susan Southward
