Surprisingly resilient

I thought for sure I would have hair all over and this thing would be destroyed in minutes, but it’s been over 4 months now and my dog absolutely loves this toy! He chews to make it squeak and he loves to play fetch with it. And it is still in the same condition it was when I got it! Compared to some of his other toys, that is a ha-UGE surprise!

My dog loves this toy!!

This toy is the perfect size for my miniature dachshund. She absolutely loves chewing on the toy. She is a hard chewer and has destroyed some toys after only having them for a few minutes. This toy lasted a month before getting a whole which I thought was great for the price I paid. I have purchased more expensive toys that have not lasted as long. Even with a hole in the toy, I was able to pull out the crinkly-sounding material and squeaker, my dog still loves it!

LOVE!!!

He was excited to get it, and immediately proceeded to carry it around the house, whimpering and looking for a place to hide it! (Means he really likes it!) Yes, it does shed a lot at first, so be mindful to keep an eye on the play time for the first week. Hasn't shed much afterwards.

Didn't last!

Within 3 days Babee had the wrinkle paper out and then came the squeeker. She plays with the toy! Shakes the neck out of it and chews like mad.

I had to laugh...

This dog toy is something that was probably rejected by Dollarama. It's that bad. It is so small, flat, cheaply made and crinkles when squeezed. Something weird was used to "stuff"(and I use that term loosely) this pathetic toy. I wouldn't leave this outside a New York subway station for a rat to gnaw on. Don't waste your money.

Didn't expect it to last

Durability: My dog isn't the most destructive, but she can make short work of a tennis ball and most stuffed toys. This has already lasted longer than expected and still seems in decent condition. (This is not for lack of attention- It's one of her favorites and she loves it and happily plays with it/chews on it regularly. ) The only other plush toy that has lasted this long with my dog was a Kong Product. * - I am avoiding letting her bring it along when she plays with her friends as I don't think it would last too long in a tug-o-war/keep-away situation. TLDR: Just fine for the average dog. Dog Experience: My pup loves it, it's one of her favorites. She brings it to bed, chews on it, bathes it, and she seems to find it fairly calming. She will also grab it and come nuzzle me when she wants to play-snuggle. Squeaker: I'm not a huge fan of toys with squeakers, but the squeaker is embedded nicely and doesn't go off constantly/incessantly. I can bear this one. Value: You're always going to pay a bit more for the star wars logo, but in this case, some of the money went to the quality of the item and not just the star wars name. I expected this to almost fall apart, but it's already put up with considerable dog love and doesn't show much sign of wear.

Pure Disappointment - Buyer Beware

I let the allure of a Star Wars dog toy catch my eye and failed to read the reviews before purchasing. Turns out the 1-star reviews are full of merit. Our Chewie arrived without a working squeaker. I could have lived with it, but my husband noted that the "fur" was coming off in clumps right out of the package. It's like it's not fully embedded in the fabric mesh. In my view, a choking hazard — and yes, we do watch our dogs when playing with soft toys, but come on. A little quality control would be nice! All told, our son has put this on his desk for décor. I don't see this as a toy for a dog with any interest in chewing. Probably better for a pup who likes stuffies for comfort only.

Disappointed

Small, squeaker inside doesn't work easily, pretty ugly. Pup had belt ripped off within minute or two and toy ripped apart and stuffing out few minutes thereafter. Very poor quality. Much better toys out there for the money.

They both look alike, so I figured I would purchase this toy - even though i usually never buy anything over $5 for my dogs because they pulverize them....but this is just the cutest toy e.v.e.r!!! It crinkles and squeaks and my dogs love it...and I love it. So...win win.
