Best patterns around

Simplicity is the best pattern makers around. Easy to understand and always fits well. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

Good pattern

I've now made 2 blouses using this pattern. I had some sewing lessons which helped and I only had to make adjustments to arm width and reduce width of cuffs. Very pleased with results.

Not recommended for a complete beginner, but otherwise fairly clear

Not the easiest pattern to follow, but then I'm jumping straight in after a very long time away from a sewing machine. I found it difficult to work out the differences between the options, and the lady in the sewing shop got confused as to how much material was needed (but luckily I ended up with too much rather than not enough). The plackets were difficult to follow. Generally a reasonable pattern, but probably better for those with some experience rather than a complete beginner.
