Open box but everything was there

Nothing in the description said this was going to be an open box, but that's how it came. Literally open and part spilled out in the shipping bag. I needed this for a bathroom lock that broke so luckily everything was still there and I could go ahead and install it, but this is a horrible way to ship "new" products.

Great doorknob

East to use and works perfectly. Easy to install but recommended changing all hardware out form the previous doorknob for best functionality.

Nice Butt....

As a child, dad always bought Schlage door knobs, so when I upgraded my knobs, I leaned toward Schlage. These are nice and made well, what I wish was better is a little bit of indentation shown on the knob picture, is not present with actual product, also when installing, the knob is not removable so you are trying to turn the screws with the screw driver at an angle, which can cause damage to the screw head as the driver slips off of the screw head.

Location of screw holes are awkward - but looks good on door

Screw holes on the handle are awkward to use (much easier if there is a thin ADA compliant handle handle rather than a round door knob) - but installs well in existing space. Nice color too. Ordered a Not quite new one and it was perfect. Good value at the second life price.

New door knob

Very pleased with the look, but installation and usage has not happened. I purchase this item for a house in the process of being built. The colour was accurate and it was very well packaged to prevent damage. I would purchase this item again if needed. I am a very happy customer.

Love these doorknobs

Perfect! They lock by pushing a button on the back. The front has a little hole you can unlock by putting a toothpick or inside of a pen if a child accidentally locked themselves in bathroom for example. Easy installation.
