Basic product
Does it hold shoes? Yes. Is it sturdy, stable, and high quality as it serves its role? Not so much. Would have made a huge difference if there were little end plates to stop the shoes from sliding off.

SERVING THE PURPOSE
It's severing the purpose and it was easy to assemble, but the metal on the rungs is slippery so every time I move it the shoes slide off. Just ok

Built for heels unless modified
We were about to return this after shoes were falling off the racks, but I added small round furniture pad dots to the rails, top & bottom, spaced a few inches apart. Now the pads grab each pair of shoes and the shoes don't slide off when you are pulling the rack in/out from under the loft bed. Very happy with the purchase with our little shoe hack. Also had to cut down the legs and reattach the wheels - pretty easy to do with a metal hack saw. The overall height was 1" too high for my daughter's loft bed, and I didn't measure correctly - easy fix. You can't even tell that the legs were cut and wheels popped in easily due to factory hole placement. Happy with purchase.

Really nice shoe rack
I am very happy with this shoe rack. It does it’s purpose well. The only small critique I have is that it’s not super sturdy, but it’s not too big of a problem

Nice shoe rack good value!
This shoe rack works great for me to eliminate some cluttter in my office closet. It is sturdy enough, was easy to assemble and it looks nice. The only thing is the shelves are slightly angled, and it makes some shoes slide.... You just need to store your shoes accordingly.

worked fine!
I needed something to hold my wife's shoes, that were piled up in the corner of the bedroom. I measured the space and found this unit just fit. It put together easily, but I discovered a small problem: the shelves were slanted. This is fine for shoes with heels that hook over the edge of the shelf, but all my wife's shoes were sneaker-like: no heels! So I turned the unit to face the wall. The shoes fit, didn't fall off, problem solved. Extra benefit: she doesn't have to bend over to get her shoes!

Shoes don’t stay on
There is nothing to keep the shoes on the angled bars (shelf). The only reliable shelf is the flat bottom one. Shoes that have heels or have ankles, like boots) work well on this but flat shoes don’t work well at all.

Fits inside my closet
I have two of these in my closet and like that I can wheel them out when needed. The first rack I assembled didn't come with instructions and I still managed to put it together. The second rack had instructions but I didn't need them anyway. I did purchase gripping tape like other reviewers suggested to keep shoes from slipping off the rack. I purchased 1/2" wide tape for a couple of bucks and it is enough for both racks.

Not great for flat shoes, not as sturdy as I had hoped.
More flimsy than I was hoping for an item that is on wheels and will be pulled in and out of a small under stair cupboard. Would work well for healed shoes as the heals sit on the poles and stop shoes from falling forward, but really not that great for flat shoes and trainers which will fall off constantly, especially when the wrack is wheeled.

Just what I needed, fits the space and easy to roll out and clean. Some shoes fall off when moving, but only if very flat sole. Happy ????

Only works well with heels
Normal shoes, without heels, slide right off the two upper shelves.
