I bought this dress to wear as guest in my brothers summer wedding. The material is perfect for the season - thin and lightweight! The color is beautiful. The midsection is slightly snug but fits comfortably. I am 5’2 and weigh about 148.

How the dress fit perfectly

At first I order a 12 petite tried it on and it didn’t zip up all the way around my waist so I sent it back and order a 14 and it fit perfectly the dress run small in my the petite sizes Love the dress.

You will love this! Great color for this year!

Very flattering!! This arrived today and I was hopeful it would fit. I am 38 DDD cup size and usually wear 12-14 around hip area. I was afraid it would be too small in the chest. It was perfect. I am also very curvy but it hung perfectly and was not tight at all around my hips. I bought the hot pink. Love the layers of fabric! Will be able to wear to cocktail parties. Purchased to wear to Kentucky Derby Turf Club!!

This looks lovely on. It drapes very nicely. I am 5’6” and it hits above the knee. Short enough to look elegant and not cheap!

Cute dress but Damaged

The dress is adorable! I expected it to be a little shorter from other reviews that it was smaller than expected. It was longer than I wanted. I ordered a size 6 (no petite available) I am 5' tall and 125lbs if that helps someone else in deciding on sizing. The reason for the 4 stars and returning it is that the dress had a discoloration on the back on the sheer overlay. It was too noticeable on the back near the zipper right on the backside. No way to hide it. It was packaged in a box but, wadded up in a torn dress bag with only half a clothes hanger as if it had been ripped of a clothing rack. The reason for the return was the discoloration on the back not the packaging.

It's a YES for petite women!

I was the officiant at my brother's wedding, which meant I had to wear either black or muted tones. It was a rooftop terrace wedding in S Florida so keep that in mind. I'm considered petite based on height (5'1") and weight (102-105lbs) but have a weird athletic build so I have difficulty finding dresses that fit my thicker arms. I'm not joking; I must have ordered 15 outfits to try on before the wedding ... nothing fit. I looked like a kid playing dress up. Ugh! I'm a mom of 6 ... so I was shocked nothing fit properly at my stage in the game. So I ordered this dress with low expectations, but loved how the women looked in the review photos. I ordered 4P, which I assume is size 4 petite (I normally wear junior sizes) and I ordered 3" gold heels to give me some extra height and not shorten my legs even more by wearing black shoes. (I don't love the style of shoes, but anyway.) When I tried on the dress I loved the top fit but it felt like too much material everywhere else and much longer than expected. My SO said I actually looked frumpy and of course that made me feel awful! Once I arrived at wedding venue, the wedding coordinator said I was dressed absolutely perfectly ... classy for the occasion. She probably tells everyone that! haha. But ... I got many complements on this dress from guests I've never met before. So that's my review. Hope it helps you! Lovely dress - colour and fabric just like photo

Lovely dress. Just as shown in the photo. Nice dark grey/blue colour (like a deep cadet blue) and fabric drapes beautifully. The front ruffle is actually sewn in down the front, not loose like a scarf end, but still a nice flattering detail. I saw in another review that someone else had swapped out some of the gems on the neck band, so I opted to do that too (simply because I didn’t like the gold-tone ones as much). I ordered a larger size to get a bit more length, so it will need some alterations. Also needs a strapless bra due to the neckline. Will make a lovely mother of the bride dress for an outdoor summer wedding!
