Quality product

The quality of the shades were excellent. Ordered the wrong size at first so reordered the correct size. My only negative is that it took a while for customer service to fully refund me on the returned shades. Overall, very happy and will use them again.

Quality Product and Exceptional Customer Service

After spending months trying to make less expensive shades work for 2 lamps I decided to purchase these because of the color, although they were more expensive. These shades are high quality, every penny, and bring out the best in my existing lamps. I did return the original shipment (very low return shipping cost of less than $10) to purchase the next size up, and this was a very pleasant experience especially since I had previously purchased a set of shades from a site (NOT Amazon) that offered to refund the purchase price of $50 (for 2 shades) if I would pay shipping which would have been $50.00, so I am stuck with those until I donate them. I purchase a shade from Royal Designs several years ago and that shade still looks new. I truly enjoy my new shades from Royal Designs and their exceptional customer service.

Just Right!

Had a lovely lamp in my room except it had a glass shade, which I kept hitting when I tried to turn on the lamp. Ordered this as a replacement, and it is just perfect. Good quality, and suits the lamp too.

This lamp shade is beautiful, but I did have to send the first one back. The colors in the photos are off and the shade are darker than shown, at least on my PC. Ordering the next shade lighter provided me with the shade color I was looking for.

Perfect shade for my floor lamp

I had a pleated plastic shade that was 30 years old and it was time. Love the look of the linen cream. Well made and great looking. Very pleased with this shade.

Not Perfect

There were some wrinkles in the shade which I am just overlooking as it is a size and shape that is hard to find. But for the price, which I think is alot for a shade, it should be Perfect!
