Wow, big =/

Wow this is bigger than I thought, it doesn't fit in my drawer. I don't need an oversized rolling pin, I need an ordinary one that can fit in my drawer. I am going to return it. (Go ahead and get it if you're a heavy-duty baker who wants a nice-n-big one though.)

Easy to clean, but still sticks sometimes during use.

Much larger than my old wood rolling pin. This one is easy to clean, but things stick about the same as my old one. I've used my old one so long it has a finish that while stained with food coloring, I've decided it's pretty good. I have to pay attention to the handles because they are offset so if they are on the lower side my hands scrape the dough or the counter, but if they are on the higher side, it's nice. I was going to replace my old one, but now I'm keeping both. This one is very nice and large, but my old one is better than I realized and is handy for smaller things. For it's size, it is lighter than expected. Overall a very good rolling pin, but dough can still stick if you are not careful. However, cleans right off. Won't stain like a wood one. End to end 20" long. Make sure it fits in your drawer.

Nice rolling pin

This rolling pin is a lot bigger than I wanted and it is not non-stick. Other than that, it does the job.

WHY did I not get this sooner?

I love this thing. It rolls out SO much nicer than my old wooden one. I thought the dough stuck less than the wooden one. It almost feels too light, but the curved handles make it easy to put leverage down. BUY THIS.

Not non-stick

The main reason I purchased this rolling pin was the non-stick feature. However, after the first try, I found that it is as much non-stick as a wooden rolling pin, meaning, not really non-stick. At least not for the dough that I was using it on. I am returning the item since it is not working for me any better than what I have.

Very Pleased with this Rolling Pin

Just as good as it gets. Very happy with this irem, replaced a wooden rolling pin and if you place it in the freezer prior to using nothing sticks to it. Very happy with the purchase and well worth the investment. I would recommend this product.

Best rolling pin we use it every single day in our restaurant, use many wood ones before but they didn't last long really good for commercial use and light weight is bonus.
