Water Proof Even Under Heavy Downpours, One Small Issue...

Drove from Chicago to Chattanooga with our brand new cargo bag and it poured - I mean poured - almost the entire way. Not a drop of water on the interior. Did what we needed. We were VERY careful to cover the zipper with the waterproof flap. Lost one star because the first time we put it together, one of the included / attached strap broke! Didn't pull too hard, they seem weak compared to the overall quality of the bag itself. No problem, had my own straps to keep it in place. I would definitely recommend and would buy again. Just have an extra strap or two for backup.

Good protection for your cargo.

Good protection for your cargo but be sure that it is not close to your exhaust because mine was and a hole was burnt in it.

Rainproof Cargo Bag

Excellent quality. Held up well on our trip to Yellowstone. I would recommend this product.

Worked great

This bag kept the weather out for over 2500 miles of travel to include some very heavy rains. I did take note of previous reviews and built an internal frame out of pcv pipe to hold its shape and after putting it on my cargo carrier and checking the heat flow from my exhaust, I decided to make a "heat shield" to attach to my cargo carrier. Taking these precautions allowed for a great travel experience with no problems. Nothing melted and no rain got in.
