GOOD PRODUCT WAS CHANGED

Having purchased these for years, they are still the same really attractive and perfect fitting flip-flop. However, they have added some sort of (what looks like) stripe on the bottom/sole that looks like a film and it makes the wearer slide across an indoor floor. It's also like a lint roller for collecting dirt, hair, and dust to the bottom of the flip-flop. Hopefully the company will return to the original sole. These are dangerous for indoor floors, so they were returned. Fall risk for certain!

Awesome Sustainable Sandals, (Not Hands-Free), Order One Size Up!

I love that these are sustainably made with recycled plastic bottles and that the packaging used recycled cardboard. I paid about $24 for the size 7 black sandals because of some amazon coupon but would have paid $30-$35 for the fact that these sandals are so eco-friendly. They’re very comfortable to wear and I haven’t noticed any black bleeding from the sandal to my foot, as noted in other reviews. I ordered a size 7 because of the recommendation from hundreds of reviews and I’m glad I did. My feet are 9.25” (23.5cm) heel to toe and I normally wear a EUR 36 (US 5.5-6.5) The label on these size 7’s says EUR 37.5 but they fit perfectly, so I can confirm that you should definitely order a size up. The other thing I noticed is that you can’t put them on hands-free. The strap seems to stick when you slide your foot into the flip flop so you have to use your hand to guide it on. I have normal-narrow width feet so this might be more difficult for someone with wider feet. If you have trouble bending down to help slip these on, then these might not be the sandals for you. This is not a big deal to me, so overall I’m happy with my purchase and will be keeping these. I just wanted to mention this in case it’s a dealbreaker for others. After living in San Diego for three years next to a pool this is the first pair of flip flops I’ve felt comfortable purchasing since I’m way too picky and indecisive for my own good. I’m glad I finally bought these sandals and hope they last longer than it took me to finally buy a pair. I’ll be sure to update this review if anything changes.

Best ever!

I have worn reefs for more years than I can remember. Always buy the same size and unlike other things, the fit remains the same. Sadly I’ve been without Reefs for a few years because I had a cat that fell in love with them. He liked to sink his claws into them as I guess they felt cushy. (Who knows what’s in the mind of a cat.) In fact I like them even more as Reef has added more support. And I like the ribbon that’s used. In the beginning I lived in Austin and would walk into a Whole Earth store and ask for Reefers. And of course they knew exactly what I meant. Good people. One caveat regarding the size. I wear a 7M and they’re perfect for me. However, I have short little toes (no I won’t post a picture of them.) Most every sandal or flip flop leave me with way too much space from the top of my little toes to the top of the sandal, looking funny and being uncomfortable. If that matters to you then consider the sizing. I’m just sorry that I hadn’t realized I could buy my ‘reefers’ at a little bookstore like Amazon. 20 digits up!

Color comes off

The color came off onto my feet, had to soak my feet in bleach to remove! Even after several uses. Otherwise comfortable

PERFECT FOR DISABLED

I am disabled and in moderate to severe pain on a 24/7 basis. I had one pair of flip flops that I could wear comfortably without pain, but they finally broke. I typed in "flip flops for disabled" to see what would come up and I found these. Usually I don't take a chance on something like this on the Internet, but I was desperate because I don't drive and I was wearing some house slippers which looked really funky. So I took a chance, and I am glad I did. As soon as I put them on, I fell in love! They are so comfortable and they absorb shock really well. I can walk all around and not be in pain from them. I wear size 7, ordered size 7, and the fit is EXACT! They are perfect for me because I don't have to worry about tripping. Sometimes flip flops are a little loose and tend to come off when walking, but not these. In fact, I was wearing a pair of older ones that were a bit loose and got the front part stuck in the corner of a big rug we had on the floor. I went flying into our 54" TV and entertainment system, face first and almost broke my neck. I was injured, but luckily, not enough to go to the hospital. After that, I was afraid to wear any for awhile, because I was just walking across the room at a slow pace when that happened, so it's really important to me to have a pair like these ones now because of the perfect fit. (I'm not able to run, but if I could run, I'm willing to bet that I could run with these on, which isn't an easy thing to do in flip flops). I hope I can find them in other colors too. This is one pair of flip flops that I wont forget. I've already made sure I wrote down the brand name and where I got them so I don't lose the information. I've NEVER had a pair of flip flops like these - they are the best! In fact, I like them so much, I'm planning on showing them on my Facebook, in case someone else needs a good pair. I am also going to buy a few more pairs of these, just in case they "go out of style" or whatever excuse some companies come up with when they stop selling products I like.

Clearly 1 size too small

I have not worn these yet because I had to exchange for a bigger size. They are unquestionably 1 full size too small. I just wanted to make a review to mention that. Other than sizing they felt comfortable and good quality. I love reef sandals. They last several years

Last Forever & Comfiest of Flip Flops Ever!

Bought my first pain in 2000 in Miami and still wearing them! They never seem to wear down and on a short 30 degree wash perfectly and come up as new. You will not regret buying this such value for money and the most comfortable of flip flops. Forget Havanas they are over priced don't wash wear down quickly and are flimsy and uncomfortable Reef all the way I have 5 pairs I am a 5-5.5 and buy the USA 8 and fits perfectly 7 is half a size too small.

Unangenehmer Geruch

Riechen extrem nach Chemie, so dass die Füße dann auch den Geruch annehmen. Größe 36 ist mir nun zu klein, hat sonst immer gepasst. Die Preise sind eigentlich nur noch frech von Reef, auch für andere Flip Flops. Einfach nur billig.
