Good company communication and great glasses

They are matte black not shiny black which is cool. My husband loves them. I purchased them for a gift for him. The only issue I had was the left lense is scuffed up right in his line of vision. I emailed the company with my concern and they responded within 1 hour with a direct phone call and an email. Replaced them promptly and we'll see about the new pair when it comes.

Nice sporty pair of wayfarers that need an update to the description. They are Matte Black, not Shiny Black.

Having worn various Ray-ban wayfarers, like the 2151 squared (52mm) , 4184 (54mm), and the popular 2132 (54mm), I can say that the Andy is a nice alternative for anyone looking for wayfarer style sunglasses without the eye rivets and matte finish instead of polished. They have a slightly more sleek and sporty look/feel than traditional wayfarers, while retaining their classic appeal. Even though the description does identify these as "shiny black", they are in fact a matte finish, with a polished black finish on the inside.

Silky flat black finish, dark grey lenses. Great in direct sun, beach, fishing, etc. Hard to see in shadows.

They fit perfectly and don't look exactly like everyone else's RB Wayfarers. My wife and son have New Wayfarers that look similar but fit a tad looser at the temples but are otherwise exactly the same size. The temple pieces seem straighter on the Andys compared to the outward flare of the New Wayfarers that curve back in further back by the ear. As a result, they touch my temples and fit a bit snugger. Same size New Wayfarers fly off when I jerk my head back and forth. Not so here. Lenses are good and dark but I prefer my aviators as the lenses are gradient. For direct sun, they're great. For shadows or indoors, you'll be lifting them right away.

Cool

They're cool, pretty standard. I like that they don't have the silver things on the front sides. Matte finish, kind of rigid frames so don't open and close that easily. You're really just paying for the Ray Ban label, decent lenses, and official case. Sure you could probably find similar knockoffs but whatever, I paid for these and I'm happy with them.

Fake, Defective Sunglasses

The media could not be loaded. I have NEVER owned a fake pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses until these. They bubbled within a year & a half. It wasn't until my husband reminded me yesterday that for this particular pair we used Amazon to purchase, which was also a first. NEVER AGAIN, this is a SCAM "Ray-Ban" Store.

These look very nice when I got them. Much better than what the pictures show. You can see your eyes through the lens, but the frames were the highlight on these.

Battered box, unsealed, unprotected lenses, dusty and completely the wrong glasses !

This is about the worst item I have bought from Amazon for a very long time. Clearly not new and NOT the item ordered. I wanted these because they are called 'Andy' which is supposed to be written on the frame. These do not. Also the frames are the wrong colour and the lenses are supposed to be mirror blue.
