Not dishwasher friendly!

This spatter screen has been cleaned in dishwasher about 6 times and is rusting around the edges!! During my prior purchase research I don't recall any warning about this issue. UNHAPPY

Controlling grease splatters on my stainless steel stove

I remembered my mothing having something like this when I was a kid, so I started looking for my own. I bought 3 different splatter guards of this style, and this one is superior! The panels are actually hinged, so it wont come apart and it is slightly larger than the others I bought. And, it's quite handsome!

Gray grease barrier.

This is good to catch most grease splatters. People tell me that all I need is a splatter screen but that is not true. Grease escapes splatter screens. Anyone who cooks knows that! This blocks grease from going on my new stone backsplash.

It’s a tool to prevent splashing, especially when I deep fry things. It’s a bit flimsy but works well. Wish it can be a bit bigger

Terrible product, do not recommend

When I used it to cover the frying pan on the gas stove, it got burnt terribly in my first use. I used the sos pad to scrub the burning area, it became rusted. When I reused it for the second time, the rusted residues ignited with the flame, becoming dangerous to continue to use it. It is a non refundable product. I do not recommend to whoever uses the gas stove, but for the electric stove, it might be more useful. I assume!

It does the job of protecting oil spills on my kitchen walls

It is definitely a value for money! Few things that I like about the product 1. Easy to store - close the flaps and it is stored discreetly 2. Cleaning is not an issue Could be improved 1. Height of the splatter guard and the build quality could be a bit better the flaps seem a bit flimsy

Someone needs a splatter guard

For indoor cooking my husband requires a splatter guard. He cooks well. It just gets everywhere. And for pasta sauce making! OMG I need 5 of these!! For outdoor cooking this helps block wind, though it could be taller.
