Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I ordered this after Christmas last year and didn't open the box until this year. My bad, but... where do I begin? First of all the base to which the post attaches (the part that sits on the floor) had a large hole in the corner. It was visible upon removing the 2 pieces of the post as it was facing up. The missing piece wasn't in the box, so someone packed it that way. I could have lived with that if I had been able to actually fully assemble the thing. Included in the box are 3 large bolts and a small screwdriver which are to be used to attach the post to the base. There are several problems with that. The holes in both the base and the bottom of the post are smaller than the bolts so screwing the bolts into the holes was quite difficult. I tried using a screwdriver bit on my drill and it was still hard. In addition, lining up the holes of the base and the post in order to bolt them together...forget about it. Not only is alignment hard because of the design, the greenery is glued so it can't be moved in order to see what you're doing. We decided to try just screwing the bolts into each individual hole to enlarge them hoping to make attachment easier. Only got to the second hole (of 6) before stripping a bolt 1/2 through and could'nt back it out. After almost a half hour of frustration we gave up. Construction is plastic with fake greens. Definitely not worth the money. Oh, and did I mention the glitter? It's covered in it and so were the kitchen floor and us. Not necessary. I'd show pictures, but it's out in the trash. Returning won't be an option unless you want to spend a fortune.

Cheap

Not worth near what you pay! My husband had to fight with it for it not to lean! Even with the wire it was difficult to get greenery to stay up on the pole. Not worth the time. Wasn’t bright enough

Great Customer Service

Two days after receiving this lamp, it blew over and the globe came apart. The base is weighed down properly and if it hadn’t been so windy it never would have tipped over. (It was very, very windy.) We contacted Puleo International directly and explained what happened. They sent us a whole new globe and we received it in 2 days, at no charge. The 2 warrantys include the lighting and the garland. Since this wasn’t the problem, they very well could have said “not our problem”. We are so very greatful for them doing this.

Pretty but super Lightweight

I love them but i am sending them back due to them pretty much falling over every day. The base needs to be built a little more heavy or you may have to find a solution to tie them down or build a cement base and put them in there. Too much of a hassle, but verry tall and beautiful.

Exceeded my expectations!

Exactly what I was looking for but higher priced than I was hoping for however the light post more than exceeded my expectations! Excellent quality, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Definitely worth the price!
