Great innovation!

I've done my share of under-sink plumbing in the past and have always run to the "big box" home improvement store for supplies. The generic PVC sink drain kits you find there are usually cheap, thin and flimsy. After not too long, one of the cheap, little, plastic seals will break and sooner or later you have a leak. Worse, if you don't notice the leak for a while, it could easily damage a cabinet or flooring. I vowed not to put myself through that again, so I started a search for something better. After reading the description and watching a few videos, I decided to give these a try. I am extremely glad that I did. This plumbing kit is truly an incredible innovation. With a few measurements, the kit slides together *without* washer-seals and plastic lock-nuts. It includes a release tool if you have to adjust or remove the plumbing. And the pipes are at least double the wall-thickness of the cheap stuff you find at the big-box stores. This is - without question - much higher quality. They're definitely more expensive than the normal PVC fittings but that is absolutely not an issue because of the time and aggravation you'll save. Everything goes together quickly (if you measure properly) and is 100% leak free. I used it when installing a new sink and faucet in my kitchen (1-1/2" pipe) and everything went together so quickly and easily that I was amazed. Save yourself time and do not hesitate to get this - it's awesome.

Almost perfect

Installed this with a new sink drain fixtures of which the bottoms were metal rather than pvc. It worked fine except it could have fit a little tighter on the metal drains. On the one side, gravity pulled it down a little so added a little duct tape to keep it in the correct position. There was a very small leak where it connected to the pipe on the other drain, so sealed with a little silicone. I believe if the pipes from the sink drains had been pvc instead of metal there would have been no problem.

Works well and looks good. Beats having to glue pieces together. It makes easy to take apart with the red removal tool for cleaning if needed to
