Great wine bag but won’t fit over carrier handle

I bought two for gifts. I really like it, but the zipper isn’t wide enough for the bag to fit over the carrier. Very disappointed. I called the company direct and no help. Only that the bag is supposed to fit over the carrier handle.

Love it! Of course, it IS the Steelers cooler! Can't believe how much can be fit in it. It is easy to travel with whether or not you use the attached handle and wheels. Great product!

CHEAPLY MADE. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY, TOO LATE TO RETURN. THE HANDLE MALFUNCTIONED AFTER A WEEK IF USING. I HAVE TO JIGGLE THE HANDLE A LOT FOR IT TO GO DOWN. IT GET STUCK EACH TIME THAT I USE IT.
