I replaced my countertop and backsplashand the kitchen is now black and white, so I knew I wanted a black sink because the stainless steel sink the house came with was just not going to do it for me. This sink is absolutely beautiful, durable and cost effective.

Nice feel with rounded edges.

Nice smooth feel to it, good depth with rounded edges with a slope to the drain. Stone is porous & needs a bit more maintenance than stainless steel. Don't use bleach/chemicals or harsh abrasives to clean it & you need to reseal it every so often, once a year should be enough. That's about it.

Jaw dropping quality

This sink it's not like the others! I've never had or seen a sink like this. I thought it would be a coated steel but it's an incredible heavy and thick sink almost as if it's die cast! It obviously needs no sound deadener because it's such a beefy monster! It's also got a fine metallic matte finish. I love it!

Love the look but arrived damaged

I love this sink and bought it for my kitchen remodel, but unfortunately it arrived damaged with a hairline crack in one corner that went through to the basin. I read of this happening to others, but didn’t think it would happen to me, but it did :/ Still going with this sink as my heart is set on it, but am going to try to get one locally so I can see it before bringing it home.

Love this sink

After reading the reviews about cracked sinks I was a bit hesitant but I gave it a go anyway. The sink came well packed and in one piece. We love the colour and it is so big! Perfect for our kitchen. EDIT: it has been a year now since we got this sink installed and we still love it. In perfect shape, no stains, easy to keep clean and big enough to fill buckets with water to clean floors or clean the biggest of pots. Highly recommend.

Amazing sink. *update after 2 years - STILL AMAZING

****EDIT Feb 2017**** Still AMAZING. Hands down the best kitchen sink. This sink is the shiiiiiiizzzz. After two years of parties, milestone celebrations, hosting and entertaining, and 1000 coffee pot dregs later- and this sink takes all of my never ending abuse in stride, fits EVERYTHING, and still looks amazing. I regularly place hot pots and pans, boiling liquids, icecubes, etc. into this all the time, and I've had no discolouring, cracking, etc. etc. that another reviewer indicated. It cleans up beautifully to its wonderful black finish, the nickel drain and catch cup also wash and clean well back to their finish. I've dropped dishes into this (by accident) with no damage to the sink (can't say the same for any dishes). I stopped keeping track of how many people compliment me on my amazing sink, how sleek and stylish it looks with my matte black faucet and jet-black granite countertops. Everyone compliments it, admires it, asks me where I bought it, and are amazed how fab it is. All this from a kitchen sink. Definitely one of the best investments we made in our kitchen redesign. It's super practical, functional, and very different and stylish looking. I have and will continue to recommend. ******************************** Fabulous sink. Our kitchen Reno is finally complete and this was installed as an undermount sink with our jet- black granite counters and matte black faucet. The counter installers even commented several times how nice this sink is. Size and depth are great, and it has a very nicely designed trap with a steel removable basket and steel plug. Great finish. Heavy, solid, and really beautiful. No one can believe I got it on Amazon with free shipping and for $300 after tax. This is half the price or less than the granite sinks available at any retail store within my area. Highly recommended.
