Looks very nice but very overpriced.

The main issue have with this is that the small stand legs are completely useless. Don’t use them they cannot hold 106 gallons couldn’t even hold 5 gallons for that matter. It mainly relies on the liner to hold all the water. Have not filled with water yet so will see how it goes. For what your getting it is very overpriced yes it does come with a pond filter but still for the material extremely overpriced. This is the octagon version which in my opinion is much better then the 89 gallon version. Whatever you do don’t use the stands legs they are worthless. As well very difficult to put together.

Difficult to build and a deadly pump

Originally I was very excited to receive this. The design looked nice and the pump/fountain looked good. I received it and the directions were very helpful and simple. Putting it together took 3 hours. It was very hard. Many of the parts specifically the joints were too tight and the fitting was too tight it was very difficult and took multiple tries because everything would pop apart from being too under pressure. Once it is built it is relatively solid. the windows match up reasonably well only a little off. BUT the thing that makes me give this a one star is the 3-in-one filter pump, fountain, and UV water clarifier. The UV water clarifier in my pump arrived unfunctional a day after putting in my fish to this pond I came back the next day and found them all DEAD! I was so sad my Angelfish and others had all been killed. I found it odd that there were no signs of damage or infection of the fish. I stuck my hand in the water to grab the fish's body for a better look at it and when I stuck my hand in the water I was immediately shocked by electricity. THE WATER WAS HIGHLY ELECTRIFIED! I then unplugged the pump and UV clarifier and took them all apart. Upon testing both I noticed the UV light was not turning on when plugged in. So I touched the water before adding the UV light back in the water and while the pump was plugged in and there was no electric shock in the water. I added the UV light clarifier back to the pump and turned it on and sure enough, the water was fully electrified!! I complained and received a full replacement pond with a new pump and UV clarifier and I set up the new pond pump and UV clarifier only to notice that when I added the new pump and clarifier to my new pond, the water was still electrified just like the old UV clarifier that was responsible for killing my fish!! I am still so upset about my fish as I have had them for so long. THERE IS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW that is causing this to happen. The UV clarifier has a hole in the UV light housing where the water goes into but if that water is exposed to the electric current then that is the design flaw responsible for electrifying the water. BEWARE DO NOT USE

Not that hard to put together

I didn't seem to have the same problems building this pond as others, but the instructions are a bit vague. The pump and waterfall work as expected and the materials for the walls are well made. Overall, I love it and my cat is obsessed with it. But keep in mind that it is too small for koi but perfect for fancy goldfish.

Centrepiece of my yard.

The media could not be loaded. Love my pond. I have koi, goldfish, and two turtles which is why I added the turtle basking stones. I get so many compliments on my pond. Very lovely!! Someone complained that the windows didn’t line up. They probably assembled the panels upside down. The instructions are hard to understand, but there are Youtube videos that gives step/by-step instructions which is a lot better than reading confusing instructions.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Your throwing $500 in the trash

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DONOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! $500 dollars right down the drain! The item I received was missing 75% of the pieces needed to put it together the box was damaged and there was 2 large rips in the liner! After speaking to Amazon they said I could send it back for a replacement but the box was do damaged during shipping UPS wouldn't accept it. Spoke to Amazon again and they said there was nothing more they could do! I tryed calling the manufacturer but I was told everything had to be handled by Amazon. So I decided to just just throw it away and try to salvage the pump. Well that was a mistake! I set it up in a wine barrel, added watter and some koi. I come back the next morning to feed them and they were all dead. I grabbed one fish out of the water and was electrocuted! This product needs to be removed from production! It's a death trap and neither Amazon or Pennington will do anything about it! So I've hired a lawyer! Someone is going to fix this. I didn't pay $500 for an item that could easily kill myself or child! Do not purchase this item!!

Love this thing!

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Yea it was a little tough to put together, but not because there was anything wrong with it, there’s just a lot of tension in the pieces. In a couple of hours we had it assembled, filled, and fish swimming happily. The goldfish love the upgrade!

Arrived damaged

The first box I opened contained the waterfall. Unfortunately right where the tubing was folded for packaging has a large slit in it. I see no way of repacing the tubing since the waterfall looks like a closed unit.

Good value

My only complaint is that the pegs that hold up the liner are not very good. I had to zip tie is as one of the pegs broke after filling it with water.

Beautiful piece to add to my patio , don’t be in a rush while building

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this product. I got it when it was on sale as well which makes it even better when putting it together it does get a little bit difficult when you’re putting the last few pieces that attach the metal brackets to the frame and make sure you’re not in a rush and think it through, I have to undo and go back and do it again worth it though in the end amazing product well-made . Worth every penny :-)
