Do not wear S.I.N./Black Satin Sunglasses with sunscreen or in the hot sun!

Gloss Black is OK. But don't wear the "S.I.N. and Black Satin" sunglasses in the sun with sunscreen or if you plan on any kind of sweating. The black finish will flake off and stick to you! The long version: This is my third pair of VonZipper Clutch sunglasses. The first were comped to me by the manufacturer for a favor I did for them and I got 8-9 months out of them before the glasses started delaminating along an edge. As a lifelong eyeglass wearer I was surprised to see this but I figured they were free so I couldn't complain so I'd give those 3 stars. Thinking the bad lenses was a fluke, I bought another pair because I liked the shape and fit. The next pair were the WORST! I bought the S.I.N. and Black Satin. The finish on these does not hold up to sunscreen or sweat, you know, the kind of environment you'd likely wear sunglasses in. The finish flakes off and sticks to you. I called the manufacturer and they really didn't seem to care. "Hmmm. that's strange. anything else we can help you with??" After countless embarrassing incidents of having black flakes stuck to my nose and temples I ended up scraping off the black finish so I could wear them. Again, at about the 8-9 month point the lenses started delaminating on these as well. This time as spotting. I own dozens of pairs of sunglasses and have worn eyeglasses all my life, I've never seen this. I know they have a "lifetime" warranty on their product but after my first experience with them I don't even want to deal with them. These get 1 star. So, why did I just buy a third pair?? Because Prime day had them CHEAP (or, rather, close to where their pricepoint should be- about Fifty bucks) These are still in the box they came in, near my suitcase so I can wear these "expendable" sunglasses on my vacation next week. If I lose them I won't be upset. When I get back, I'll find myself new, good quality, sunglasses-not VonZippers..

Perfect size and fit!!

I'm a 6'2" Marine so I generally need bigger sun glasses in order to look 'right' on my head. These VZ's fit perfectly and now I wear them more often than I use my Gatorz sunglasses. The plastic is frame is very comfortable but my only issue is that the frame gets oily and becomes slippery so they end up falling down my nose after wearing them for a while. A quick wipe down with a napkin or cloth does the trick. Great pair of sunglasses! My first VZ pair and certainly won't be my last.

A classic before it's a classic

First few days it takes some getting used to the fit around the ears, you will feel some discomfort if you have a big head. But after that, golden. Looks good, feels better, and best of all fast delivery. The feel is perfect for me. I know there is a whole lot of people who love their Oakley Sunglasses and I'm one of them, but, VonZ, they are something else. A classic before it's a classic.

Don't like them.

Forgot how huge these are.. they are ridiculous. Will never wear them. Be prepared for a very very thick large pair of sunglasses. Don't like them.
