Best Rash Gaurd
This was my first time ever using a rash guard shirt. I slipped into my pool with cool water and was pleasantly surprised on how my cor body was kept warm. Running in place, doing TaiChi, twists, swimming all performed easily and comfortably. Great gift for yourself or anyone who needs the secure feeling this garment gives. It’s like saying I love you when worn.

Good quality. If you don’t want too tight buy 2-3 sizes higher.
I wear a large regular shirt normally. For these skins I buy a large if I want it extra tight like for scuba diving, however if I’m just wanting to swim at the beach I use a XXL. Sounds big but it fits comfortably without being too tight.

Great Rash Guard
I have three of the same rash guards in different colors. Skintight and great for the watersports I partake in. Will return when the need for another rash guard dictates.

Sizing off moderately
The quality is very good. However, the sizing is often moderately. And I can't just say it runs large or run small, because it actually does both. I am 6'6" so I am tall. However, they did not have an XX-L Tall available, so I just ordered an XX-L. So here is the weird thing, the tall part was NOT the problem! The body of the shirt is extremely long, which is fine for me. The sleeves were even long enough. My chest and waist are with in the recommendations of the size chart. However, the arms and body were very tight! Now, I certainly know that a rash guard is supposed to be formfitting. But this is really quite tight. So go figure, the length of the sleeves and body are more than ample, but it is very snug. I will probably return it and try to order an XX-L or even an XXX-L. I can guarantee you that you do not need to order a tall size, and less you are EXTREMELY tall!

Reasons to wear a rash guard
I wear rash guards both for swimming and sailing and kayaking. I wear it for swimming because it seems to protect me from a form of "swimmers itch" caused by the cercariae larval worm. This a is parasite which is harmless to humans but which produces a rash which resembles bed bug bites and is found in the shallow bay near Cape Cod where I swim. If you will be wearing this under a wet suit or if you are trying to swim fast, you should use the O'Neal sizing charts and buy the recommended size. The rash guard will fit very tightly but it won't bunch up under a wet suite or slow you down much while swimming. However, if you are wearing the rash guard more for UV protection and want a shirt that isn't skin tight you should use the O'Neal sizing chart and then add two sizes to the result. If warn out of the water a dark color in the sun will capture a lot of heat. The rash guard seems to provide just a tiny bit of warmth for swimming. If you are looking for warmth, O'Neal makes a similar garment out of 8 oz Polyolefin which they say provides more warmth. However, neither of these rash guards provide anywhere near the warmth of the thinnest wet suite.

Way too small
Got the XXL when I normally wear a Large in everything I own. Still too tight. Sizing is a miss.

Great for sun protection
Worked as advertised. I normally wear a Larhe, but for this I ended up with a double extra large. It was still a snug fit, but was easier to remove.

Excelente, nada más cuidado con las tallas
La camisa está excelente, el material, el estampado, no puedo hablar de la durabilidad pues todavía está nueva. Solo un problema: las tallas no están muy adecuadas, la XXL (yo soy obeso y necesito una talla bastante grande) viene ajustada, es larga de mangas y torso, pero no es suficientemente amplia, está apretada, es elástica y con eso más o menos sales del problema, pero está apretada. Por lo demás excelente.

WAY, WAY, WAY TOO SMALL
I am a Large, or at times XL kind of guy. This XXL shirt was at least two XX too small, and I'm not exaggerating. This HUGE, unforgivable size discrepancy is the only reason for my ONE STAR rating, and it does not speak to the quality of the shirt

I am Xlarge shirt usually. this Shirt is longer than normal, but works great for a swim shirt. It is VERY tight, but it is supposed to be tight. Its a swim shirt. I love it and would buy another.
