I bought this on a deal through Moen after a warranty replacement part was needed for another faucet. They may/may not do this to any customer service inquiry? Not sure, but me likey---- I called Moen for a replacement part on a kitchen faucet and they no longer carried the model, so instead offered up a likeness FREE of charge and then sent an email link a day later that gave access to a special sale link, where I knew we would be doing a bathroom remodel down the road, got a discounted version of this exact model [TS6985BN] to have when we went through the remodel. I'm glad I did, as the deal was great and the faucet is awesome. Sturdy looking and feel. Install was fairly easy. downsides? not many to even think about other than does require the widespread under-sink valve attachment kit [sold separately for about a hundo], and lacks a color code hot/cold indicator of any kind. Not a huge deal either way, cold is always on the right side, but hadn't bought a model with out a colored indicator clip/washer that is viewable. The last thing is the drain road/plunger kit is a little clunky and was expecting a more smooth slide up and down. Just lacks a little tighter tolerance machining and sleeve to allow the rod to slide without the cheap feel.
