Beautiful & Functional Kitchen Faucet

Had to replace our 20+year old brown kitchen faucet. We had a plumber install it so I have no comment on ease of installment. The faucet is great, aesthetically pleasing and works well. Water pressure is good and easy to switch to shower like flow and back again. So far, after 6+ weeks no issues.

Expensive but looks fabulous AND so much easier to use than my old long neck faucet. Swivels easily and doesn't splash all over. My plumber loves Moen (and I guess he loves me for buying it and making it easy for him to install)!

Works well and easy to install

This faucet works very well as expected. It looks really nice and the sprayer switch is easy to use like a trigger when you grab the sprayer. It was really easy to install (the hard part was removing my old faucet). The pull out is really smooth and retracts super smooth and easy. The only negative would be what another reviewer wrote and that is that it would be nice if when the sprayer head retracted it would seat itself and click back to the vertical position. But it doesn't really bother me, you just have to twist it a tiny bit sometimes. All in all I would recommend.

UPDATE: Don't Waste Your Money

**JUNE 2020 UPDATE: Four years and done. Awful quality. The faucet is leaking at the rotating joint, where the arm meets the pullout hose. This can't be fixed. $200 for four years of operation. Terrible. Avoiding Moen going forward. I will say that Moen was good at honoring their lifetime warranty. I called them to file a claim, had them call me back (as opposed to waiting on hold for 2+ hours), and they did call back and were quick to send me replacement parts (received within 4 days of calling), free of charge. I didn't even need to provide the Amazon order info. The correct parts were sent and I was able to fix the issue. That's good, but it still doesn't excuse the poor build quality. It also still doesn't mean I am going to be purchasing Moen products in the future.** This faucet works well and looks nice. Operation is quite smooth, and after removing the flow regulator, everything is great. It is a good, sturdy product and the plastic sprayer is barely noticeable compared to the rest of the faucet. The hardest part about the install was actually the removal of the old faucet (it had pressure clamps on the connections, which mad it difficult to remove via the hole in the sink). However, we did run into a few install issues with the new faucet that were pretty disappointing. First, the water hoses are a bit small. Not short, but small circumference-wise. So, the connectors that came with the hose weren't large enough to fit onto the threads on the water feed lines. After sending my wife to one of the most unhelpful Ace Hardware Stores in the country (where the employees proceeded to tell her that she didn't know what she was talking about, as it 'all should fit'), I ran to Home Depot, and immediately after telling an employee the brand of faucet, he knew exactly what I needed (saying its a typical issue with Moen). What's sad is that if this is a known install issue, why doesn't Moen include the extra size converter pieces with the faucet? Slightly disappointing. Finally, the weight that came with the faucet to help retract the hose isn't suitable. There was barely any pull on the hose when it was extended. So, we simply piggy-backed the weight from the old faucet (which was a couple ounces heavier than the new one, but was too small to fit on the new hose) onto the new weight with a zip tie. Now, it works great. Won't 'auto-retract' the hose at all, but it will definitely keep it in place. Overall, we've been pleased through the first few weeks with the faucet. As an FYI for the DIY crew, the instructions don't recommend this at all, but as with all plumbing, you should use some silicone plumbers tape on all threads. Will definitely save the frustration over those slow leaks that can pop up, even just due to one thread imperfection.

This is not the faucet you were looking for.

This is not the faucet you were looking for…. It works well and was a replacement for one that leaked, but I should have known better. I could have replaced just the hose. The lifetime warranty is good, but I did not reuse it this time.

Contemporary Looking for a White Faucet

My husband and I needed a white faucet (our Delta's sprayer cable broke)so we did the usual trek to Home Depot and Lowes to look at some faucets. The prices were OK but we knew we could do better so we found one we liked and then ordered it for $80 less on Amazon. It was worth it however the shipping took longer that expected and that is why I have given it four stars instead of 5. We were having a party for 30 people and the faucet did not arrive until the day before. Our whole kitchen has white appliances so we thought it best to get a white faucet. I was willing to try stainless but we weren't sure about mixing a white porcelain sink with a stainless/nickel faucet. I Googled the topic and there is not much out there on the protocol of doing this. So my main concern was not wanting to get stuck with a 1980's white, dated-looking faucet. I am very pleased with the Moen (our plumber said he prefers Moen over Delta) and its high neck has been a treat with pots and pans. The different sprayer choices on the handle are convenient and they turn off once you turn off the faucet and they reset back to the regular singular spray. I think it is the most stylish, contemporary looking economical white faucet we could find and I am enjoying having it.

Good looking & Functional too

Product arrived in good condition and timely. Easy to install directions to follow. Looks good and works as well. At six month mark faucet began leaking internally and dripping down my kitchen cabinets. I contacted Moen and they will send replacement parts to correct this they said. Not what I would expect from a Moen faucet but will see if this corrects the leak?? Jury still out on this faucet !! Replacement parts arrived and I installed them per instructions. So far faucet is working fine and parts seemed to remedy leak issue. I would give Moen 5 stars for backing their product but only showed 4 stars on review since I had to do all the work myself! Keeping my fingers crossed !!!

Love my new faucet for my kitchen. Very easy to install and it has a great rinse and power stream function. The colour is bronze just like the picture.

WARNING - DOES NOT HAVE THE FEATURES IT SAYS IT DOES - ONLY ONE SPRAY FUNCTION, NOT TWO

I bought this to replace my Moen Camerist 67545C. According to the features listed on this page, this faucet has all the same features as my original, i.e. the normal stream that you get when you first turn it on ("aerated stream for everyday cleaning"), the really hard spray ("powerful rinse for heavy–duty cleaning"), and the gentle spray ("gentle spray for veggie rinsing"). This faucet does NOT have these features. It only has the normal "aerated stream", a "pause" feature, and ONE spray, which is not as strong as the "powerful rinse" but not as gentle as the "veggie rinse" either. Basically it's the worst of both worlds: not strong enough to blow dried crud off your dishes, but too strong to actually rinse anything with without getting water everywhere. If you're wondering, I'm not saying this based on just looking at the buttons or something; I actually used the thing. In fact, I wasted a hundred and fifty bucks having a plumber take out my old faucet and install this one, only to start using it and discover that the product description is a lie. The plumber tried it too. It has one stream, one spray, and a pause function. In other words, this faucet has the exact same features as, say, the Moen Medina, which costs half as much and is way nicer looking (this one is ridiculously tall, another "improvement" over the original Camerist). Save your money and don't buy this. I don't know how they can get away with calling this the Camerist, and it's certainly false advertising to say it still has the two different spray types (plus the regular stream) because it does not. And no, they did not send me the wrong faucet by mistake. The box I received had the "7545C" model number on it. The Camerist just isn't what it used to be, and it isn't what they say it is. :(

La qualité du bec rétractable.

J'ai choisi cet marque ( moen) pour la qualité de leur produits. Le robinet est de bonne qualité mais le bec rétractable ça ressemble vraiment à du plastique????donc je croix que pour le prix le bec devrait être de même qualité que le robinet. Au pire haussé le prix un peux mais qu'il soit toute fait du même matériaux. Je suis déçu , mais je le garde quand même. ????
