Good purchase

I did many months of research to find an ottoman for my small apt. I ended up buying one, here on Amazon. I loved the look of it, it didn't have many bad reviews but it ended up being too big for my space. So I took it apart and put it away. Then with only 10 min of research I bought 2 of these and they are perfect!! I wish I bought these instead of that other one. Right out of the box they looked great, not a scratch on them. They already had floor protectors on the feet. When you open & close the top of it, you can feel that they are good quality - solid (ish) construction. And they do the job without taking up too much space. And getting 2 of them makes a normal size ottoman/coffee table but to push them out of the way is easier when they don't have to stay together. Also, it was less than half the price of the original ottoman I got. I highly recommend this.

Great footstool.

True to color and they make a great footstool, because they are the perfect height for some leather chairs we already owned. The one thing I would be cautious about is the little button-like piece on top in the middle. My husband was sitting and had his feet propped up. When he got up, his shoe somehow caught under the edge of it, and it the top of the piece popped off. I was able to snap in back in place, and we hadn't had any further problems. But, it is something to be aware of. We haven't had to use these for storage, yet, but it's nice to know we have storage if we need it.

We got 2 of these cubes, one for my hubby and one for me to keep near our desks for storage and of course to put our feet up, when playing games on the computer! So far, we like them a lot, but I will use them a few months to see how they hold up. Then later I will report back and add to my review! 12/13/18 We have had the two hassocks close to 9 months and they are holding up nicely. Our senior cat MAC likes them, he can get up on these and peruse his world. And so far no claw marks, so they are tough! Recommend them!

Perfect for what was needed.

Perfect size for keeping legs elevated while sitting in the wheelchair. Don't need added height such a as pillow. Top is padded, so all you have to do is lift your legs on top and you're all set. Storage area is large, too, with hinged lid. I don't have to keep putting it on and off. Just lift it. Husband has been in hospice for two months, so I take every shortcut I can think of. Would like to use it for medication storage, but don't know if it would work. Probably won't do that unless someone tells me it's ok. So glad I bought the larger size. Have the 15" inch ottoman, but it wasn't high and wide enough. Good luck.
