I've tried dozens of compression socks. These are the best I've found.
My Issue: My right ankle was severely damaged in a car wreck back in 2000. My job has me on a computer all day, so I am constantly fighting edema (fluid) build up. Hence my need for compression socks. JOBST "Casual" 20-30 mmHg - 1st Choice - Work well. Very durable. I like the vertical lines look/style. JOBST "Relief" 20-30 mmHg - 2nd Choice - Work well. Very durable. I do NOT like the solid/flat look/style. (The 30-40 mmHg were too tight) Only Complaint: I have a size 13 shoe and 32 inch inseam. These socks are about 2-3 inches to long, which makes them bunch up below my knee. This occasionally becoming annoying and uncomfortable. To be fair, this applies to nearly ALL "knee length" compression sock I have purchased. The Good Stuff: I've tried many different manufactures, styles and compression levels. JOBST are BY FAR the most durable and versatile compression socks I have found. I wear them at work and for working out. JOBST "Casual" - After 4+ years of constant use with 3x pair: - I've had no runs - They still provide tight and even compression (4+yr old pairs are almost the same as brand new)

A great durable pair of compression socks.
I have recently had some varicose vein work done on my legs, and I bought my first pair at the doctor’s office as he said they were a must have item. I found these on line and they are much less expensive! I have a khaki colored pair from the dr’s office and then I bought these. While they have some wool content, they are not as hot as the others, and I wear them all day. I have a little bit of a struggle to get them on, but they’re worth it. My struggle is in the fact that fifty years ago I could do things a lot easier at twenty-four, than now!

The value is worth the price- DONT akimp when it comes to compression socks.
Honey are always my go to for compression socks as a murse or patient. Most Dr.‘ s will prescribe and even for diabetics. Well made and worth the price. It’s worth paying for this kind of quality I can’t stress that enough.

OK, but run long
I bought these following ankle surgery per my doctor's advice. They go on OK once you get the hang of pulling the heel from the inside to the opening. I am a men's size 11 and bought the large size. I noticed that once the toe is pulled into position the section for the heel is well up on my Achilles tendon area. In other words the distance between the toe and heel is a bit long. I can manage to smooth things out a bit, but the fit isn't very good. Sometimes it is difficult to keep the sock from "bunching". Frankly I do not see any beneficial effect from wearing these as the swelling I have is still quite evident. Maybe it would be worse if I didn't wear them, but I'll never know.

hole in big toe area after 1 wearing
The socks seem to fit perfectly ,stay up and offer great compression on my ankle and lower leg. After wearing once inside dress shoes attending an out of town funeral I discovered a major hole in the toe area after removing my shoe? That a about $30 for one day. I had another pair that did the same thing after less than ten days of use. Any suggestions?

The color bleeds
They are excellent socks and do their job but they have a big problem, the color bleeds. For the price of these socks that's totally unacceptable. We washed them several times and they still bleed so I don't think this will stop anytime soon. We wash them by hand with woolite and tine dry but I make sure I have a bucket underneath since they are going to drip a lot of the blue dye.

What the doctor ordered !
Expensive but cheaper than a specialty store. These were prescribed and are helpful for my problem. Make sure you have proper measurements in order to maximize your benefits from the compression.
