No more air pressure worries for me
For anyone who has older tires, or just finds their current tires always low from leaks, or temperature changes, this tire is a great alternative. My old wheelbarrow tire seemed to be a magnet for sharp objects. I found myself constantly patching, inflating, or replacing tires. After I got this solid tire installed, I now roll with confidence over all terrain! I can also add a lot more weight when hauling things around too. The only difference I noticed between my old tires, and this one, is the roundness. This tires outer edge is flatter than my older tires. Other than that, it works great.

Works great so far
My wife reports that this is a bit of a stiff ride compared to inflatable tires, but our yard has black locust trees with thorns, it would be a nightmare dealing with flat tires so we are so happy to have this upgrade for our old wheelbarrow. Looks great, quality seems high. My only gripe is that I spent nearly an hour installing this because it doesn't come with any spacers, you need to use your old ones and if they are too big you need to cut them down, which meant finding my hacksaw, and hacking away. That was so painful I switched to the Dremel for the second one. For goodness sakes, for a few nickels include some plastic spacers to make this simple. Otherwise, great tire so far!

BEAUTIFUL!
Very happy with this tire. I don't know how, but it seems I always have a flat tire on my wheelbarrow. So I researched and decided on this flat free tire, based on reviews and price. I didn't understand much of the technical sounding terminology being tossed around on Amazon's Q & A and reviews. So I just measured my flat tire, 14 inches in diameter and the rod that it rolls on and went with that. (There was no useful data stamped on the original tire as people indicated there should be). I went with this 13" tire since I couldn't find a 14". Fortunately, it was easy to remove the old tire and just as easy to "install" the new one. Beautiful. It did squeak a little, but not enough to complain about it. I didn't notice the size difference at all. I'm only hauling maybe 50 lbs at a time. Tire handles it well. The only problem is that it is so clean and shiny that it makes my old wheelbarrow look shabby!! LOL

OUTSTANDING wheel/tire
Why didn't my cart come with these wheels in the first place? Bought for a 2-wheel yard cart that originally came with tire/tube system. I had to add a half-dozen washers to each side because the axle wasn't long enough (which I expected when I bought the wheels) but these wheels/tires are worth whatever it takes to get them.

No more flat tire worries!
I have a lot of Callery Pear trees on my property and they grow 4+ inch spikes that can give heavy tractor tires a flat. My old wheel barrow inflated tires would never hold up while I'm working to slowly clear these invasive trees. These slipped right on and roll across the uneven ground really well. I could have used a 3.5 inch hub, but the 3 inch hubs are fine on my wheel barrow.

A bit more firm than I was expecting, but will definitely last.
These seem to be made well, worked as a direct replacement on a large plastic wheelbarrow. The tires do not have as large of a hub as my old ones and may require the use of washers or bolts to properly space them for yours as well.

Flat free!!! For years to come!
I now have these on my six wheel barrows and if I add more, all will have these great tires. They have a little give to them so when you roll on hard, rocky surfaces the load does not bounce out of the wheel barrow. Goat heads, sticks, cactus and more sharp objects never phase this tire. Will always buy these when needed!

Fits Perfect
Received it Wednesday and Installed it Thursday. So easy!! Fit perfect. Will put it to the test this weekend, but the trial test was a total success!! I only have one very minor critique! the grease fitting is straight. I suggest making it a 45-degree fitting for easier greasing. the straight fitting is hard to get a grease gun onto straight enough to accept grease. other than that minor item, this wheel is the Bee's Knees!! ????????????????????????

Ce pneu remplace exactement mon pneu de brouette d'origine! Le roulement à bille (bearing) est de 5/8", l'essieu (hub) mesure 6" et le diamètre de la roue est de 13". C'est le modèle 00003P du site du manufacturier Marathon industries. No more flat!
