They don't block light!

Pretty drapery fabric for the price.

I bought these for my living room. Even though the description says that they are "room darkening" they are not. And they are not insulated either, as stated on the packaging. The fabric is very soft and should wash up nicely. Pretty drapes for the price but the packaging could be better. You have to be very careful removing them from the package or you could snag them.

These are very pretty. Definitely pretty. I was for sure suspicious when the description read they were room darkening as the fabric didn't quite lend itself to suggest that would be the case and I wasn't so sure about them quiting a room either but I took my chances. I was right, they most definitely DO NOT darken!!! Not even with a set of sheers behind them. Please do not bother if room darkening is one of your top priorities. The sun shines right through. I have gotten specialty fitted roll down shades to take care of the darkening issue. Until those go up I have my old set of darker boring curtains dropped over them to keep the glaring sun from shining in. Luckily I have the extra money to spend to do keep these pretty curtains and fix the false promise of a darker room. I absolutely love the style of the curtains otherwise I might be entierly dissiponted in this purchase. The description for this item needs to be updated asap otherwise I'd call them out for false advertising. Now whether or not my room is any quieter I have no idea. My children are loud.

These curtains are absolutely beautiful. The lighting with them is cheery. Made the newly remodeled room gorgeous not to mention the material is very nice and hangs well. Great purchase!

I love the curtains, they are beautiful, was afraid the wallpaper and curtains were going to be too much but worked out great... Wallpaper is from Amazon too.
