Accurate fit at the waist
The waist (32) fit as expected. Pink colour was a lot paler (more like baby pink) than pictured. Good shorts, nonetheless. Slim through the thighs, but was a bit looser than expected near the knees. Tailor adjusted for a more tapered look.

NO! The Size is Accurate -- I Measured It
I felt compelled to write a review having read the previous reviews before ordering. Based on the previous reviews, I ordered 33" instead of 32", which is my normal size. I measured the shorts as soon as they arrived and they were NOT small. In fact, these 33" shorts measured 34". These are 100% cotton shorts, so they'll shrink when washed. I'm certain they'll be 33" after being washed. I assume the manufacturer makes them initially larger for that reason. I can only assume that the previous reviewers didn't know they're actual waist size. They didn't say they measured the shorts. AND THESE ARE SLIM FIT, which are designed for slender guys. I can't imagine someone with a 36" waist wearing slim pants or shorts. I certainly wouldn't recommend these or any other "slim fit" pants or shorts for guys who aren't slender.

I like the color and the material
I like the color and the material. I ordered 36W. The waist fits OK. But it's very tight from waist down. I guess it is because of the slim fit. I return it.
