Navy Wrap Dress
Too big, ok quality. Not formal enough for wedding. Size suggested was completely off. Way to big. Would not order again.

Fabric seemed shabby
The fabric had no body, it felt too thin,

Joke!
It could almost be forgiven of a person (emphasis on the almost) to confuse “surplus” with “surplice” which is a dress bodice or shirt neckline that overlaps in the front. But a business entity- particularly one charging over $100 for a garment really should know better. That said, even though the use of an erroneous homophone caused this dress to show up in the results yielded by my fruitless search for those US navy issue bell-bottom jeans with the super high waist & the darts below the waist band that make your butt pop, it’s nice that the seller actually attempted to use the correct word. Most of the goobers selling on here incorrectly call a surplice dress a “wrap dress” (as if THAT doesn’t mean something completely different) and call it a day.
