Good Product

I needed to cover some unused electrical outlets in my classroom. These were perfect. I did have to purchase longer screws as whoever installed the box for the outlet had set them too deep for the regular wall cover screws.

Exactly as described

This wall plate feels very strong and has a very nice-looking finish. For the price, this is a very durable product and will definitely last a nice time. The finish does not smudge easily and is no hassle to clean. The package contains two phillips screws for installation.

IN AN OLD HOUSE IN NEED OF UPDATE THESE PLATES ARE VITAL!

My home is over 50 years old and was a a tacky cheap rental sporting contractor grade garbage from the 1980's. I got the place cheap but for a reason YUCK! Well I needed to upgrade everything to reflect the 21st century. I ripped out all the disco is king era fittings and replaced everything with 21st century awesome. Well cutting tile with cerebral palsy was not easy and seems less so for the folk I hired. They did a good job but around outlets and junction boxes not so much. The standard sized outlet and junction box covers did sank into the holes cut in the stone. There were some ugly solutions to the problem. Of course there were expensive solutions to the problem. Then their was this cheap easy solution just buy a bigger plate. The people cutting the kitchen and 2 bathrooms vanity backsplash tile were far off just off enough to make things look tacky using standard wall plates which was a show stopper for me. These oversized wall plates worked fine for me in all my areas. The holes line up with the traditional plate holes it is just that the plate is larger. It funny that your eye does notice that the plate is larger then the standard especially when you are in a room full of them covering every switch, outlet and junction box. It does not jump out immediately that the covers are oversized you just have a sense that the room is wrong somehow. Some people get it and others don't. It is fun to watch. I am beyond pleased with my over sized junction box cover and would buy it again. This is a money saver that can make an ok backsplash look good!
