Basic canning tool. Simple and effective.

This is to replace one on which the elastomer coating is damaged. It's a simple design so inherently reliable but there is no provision for replacing the cushioning coating. Grabbing jars while quite hot tends to soften the coating and the bands will eventually tear into it.

Will last forever!

You only need one of these, and if it's quality like this one, you won't have to buy another. Unless you lose it! Keep it inside your canner, and when you lend your canner to someone, make sure it is returned!

Works perfectly. I tried using tongs, and silicone mitts, but I was always dangerously close to an accident. These solved the problem.
