Customer service resolved one issue

Bought several of these and one was missing a screw. I contacted Amazon and they worked with me to resolve the issue. Good sturdy plugs.

Screws missing on 4 of 10 of the items

The price is great on these. The same thing happened last time I bought these. As I stated before, Missing screws makes these very hard to use... If it weren't for that I would have given it five stars.

Missing components

I ordered 10 of these plugs. They work as designed...except for the three plugs that are missing screws for the cord clamp and a couple of the rubber gaskets. They were all thrown into one bag, and I didn't realize there were missing parts until I had installed a few.

better than those all plastic connectors. feels sturdy enough and side by side with a 15A it's definitely much larger in diameter so it's made right.

Functional but missing components

They must have Stevie Wonder working in the quality control department. One plug was missing a screw and the other plug was missing the protective sheathing. Improvement in QC needed urgently!

Is it really that difficult to make sure product is complete?

Like others, mine was also deficient and was missing both screws to secure the wire in place. You'd think after so many reviews complaining about the same thing they would have figured out the problem and fixed it. So, unless you're willing to deal with this problem, you might as well skip this.
