Great for oily acne prone skin!
I’ve been wearing bare minerals powder since middle school (I’m now early 30’s) and I’ve tried switching over to liquid foundation countless times. I really wanted to cream contour but just not in the cards for me. This foundation is amazing, I got a perfect color match after finding the right shade with Sephora color comparing feature. The coverage is awesome. It took me a little bit to learn how to make this foundation look great, I don’t have fancy make up skills. I realized that it looks best all by itself, without primer or setting powder (either too greasy or too dried out) just on a clean moisturized face and it sets all by itself. It wears so nice all day long without drying out or feeling greasy. You can build great coverage with it after it fully dries and you need a little more coverage. I always have to use concealer because I have acne and hyperpigmentation and just need a little extra coverage. This is the only foundation I’ve ever used where I did not need extra concealer for my acne.

Lighweight But Covers
I do like using the heavier L'Oréal Infallible, which having middle aged skin is more moisturizing and great when I need a little more coverage. This one is lighter in weight but still pretty good coverage without feeling like you're wearing a mask. Not as light as a BB cream, definately a medium weight. Sometimes I want to smooth out my complexion when I'm just casualing running errands. There was another (old version) Trueblend in the smaller bottle, I hated that one and thought it was too dry and splotchy. This one is better, smoother and a having a few blemishes and discoloration it does cover better than expected. I am warm tone, fair complected. I ordered the W3 and the bottle it looked dark I thought, maybe too dark for me, but when I put it on, it blended great and didn't look that dark. I decided to order a shade darker (W4) and I might use both. Happy to find a foundation that gives some coverage, isn't streaky or dry, and not heavy and oily either. Nice.

Match is perfect
So 1st KNOW UR UNDERTONE! That is key to getting the perfect match with any foundation. Once u do that the models they have with their shades on are spot on. I usually have to order 2-3 times before I get the perfect shade but no I chose one and ordered and it literally looks like my skin in a bottle. Wears really well all day & im very active. I have it in my cart again to order lol

For years, I have been using L'Oreal Visible Lift foundation in shade Creamy Natural. I love the way it looks and feels but I get frustrated with the pump always getting clogged up. I decided to explore other L'Oreal foundations and read great things about L'Oreal True Match foundation. I picked shade C3 which used to be called Creamy Natural. It is the perfect shade. The consistency is a little thinner than Visible Lift but I love the way it glides on and gives my skin a glow. So far, no problems with the pump so I will definitely recommend it! 5 Stars!!

Lightweight medium coverage. I’m 51 with some fine lines and also large pores ????‍???? and while this does a nice job evening out skin tone, it doesn’t help (or hurt) with the look of pores. It works best for me if I use the L’Oréal Age Perfect Primer underneath. My skin is combo- extremely dry in places, extremely oily in others and this does a good job balancing that out. Hard to go wrong at this price point, especially considering the vast array of shades. ????????

Silky smooth texture
I have used the old formula off and on for years. I would alternate with C.05 and C1. It’s been a good everyday foundation for a reasonable cost. On the new formula the texture is smoother but it looks the same. I started to get C1 but saw that it oxidizes too much and looks much darker and orange. I use a moisturizer under it and that helps. The coverage is light to medium. I recommend this foundation for everyday use. It has no bells and whistles. I may eventually get C1 when my faces gets darker. Not sure yet

SPF 17??? MYSTERY
I ordered this because of the SPF 17 that was indicated in Amazon listing. The new bottle look does not indicate that it has SPF 17. Does this have SPF? Super Annoying if Amazon listed it had SPF and doesn't

Fair skinned
Love this product everyone tells me my skin looks flawless and it is one of the few foundations. I actually match my skin tone perfectly because I am typically the fairest color each line has to offer with pink undertones.
