Runs very small on a very big man

Super great product, just not made for wide feet. My partner usually wears a size 11, I ordered a size 12, just in case. They still didn't fit so i returned it, and ordered a 13. They're really nice!! The band is like a fancy leather sofa material, they're sturdy yet soft, nicely insulated without making your toes sweat, and the bottom is solid. My partner is built like a lumberjack and he loves them!

Unsafe heel slippage

My girlfriend bought these for my birthday and unfortunately, I don’t have the heart to tell her that I hate wearing them. I currently own a pair of the more expensive mens Uggs backless slippers and they’ve been great, but these Ugg by koolaburra are poorly designed and unsafe to wear due to major heel foot slippage that can cause your ankle to twist. They also run extremely narrow even though my foot is standard in width. Two major thumbs down for whoever designed these slippers! I hope my dog chews these to pieces much sooner rather than later.
