Stop the madness

Are you kidding me??? The instructions are SO BAD it's maddening!!!! Not worth the $ because the instructions are really that bad. I wish they'd cut me a check back for loosing my sanity. Once it's put together (2 hours later...ridiculous!) it's nice looking, but still not worth the price.

I like the shape of the towel rack

I like the shape of the towel rack, the three bars to hang towels and the bronze coloring. I had planned to order another rack but decided not to, it seemed a bit under weight. Price wise? I felt it was a bit over priced for the quality.

Very lightweight and unstable

I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing this. It’s cheap, unstable, and much too light to hold bath towels. The finals are actually plastic - not metal- with a silver coating. The rack rocks back and forth and the screws constantly need to be retightened. Save your money!

Avoid- feels and looks cheap, not worth the price.

I really wish I hadn't made this purchase. This rack is light and unstable and much of it (the Y-shaped ends, all joints/knobs) is plastic. It almost feels like cheap aluminum. I was expecting a much better product for the price.

Stay away

It has been almost a year since we bought this towel rack and, if you want it, it will be in the curb for a few days before the city garbage truck arrives. Help yourself. We just replaced it with a similar looking, pricier, but much better built rack from Frontgate. I'm not here to promote the new rack, just to warn you about this one. The rack is never stable. It is lightweight (lots of plastic, finished as fake metal). The weight is a disadvantage because as it slides around, even a little, the poorly-engineered fasteners loosen--all of them--repeatedly. There are tiny hex nuts that loosen, standard-size bolt fasteners that loosen (these loosen on both ends--the cap end and the concealed end) so that you can't remove a towel without the top of the unit coming off the base or a bar or two dropping to the floor. It is an attractive prop but effectively has no ultility. Swallow hard, spend more, and get something that is stable, that is built well, and that remains assembled.

Sturdy bath towel rack.

Nice towel rack that matches my other bathroom accessories. Sturdy.

Some large parts plastic, finish comes off during assembly.

The Y shaped end pieces are plastic, the finish doesn't quite match the metal parts. The finish comes off during assembly. I turned the rack over to attach the posts ON CARPET and buffed off the finish on the top of the racks. So I am assuming using the towel rack will damage it as well. Many metal pieces also lost finish during assembly. Should be $30.
