Firm in the best way
After a few months of using this mattress, I can safely say this is the best mattress I've ever owned. Initially if feels almost too firm, but after breaking it in for a couple months it truly is the momma bear of beds, still on the firm side, with just the right amount of give, couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Best mattress we’ve ever bought!
Love love love this mattress! We bought it for our guest room and are considering to replace for the bedroom also. The consistency of firmness and comfort is unmatched. This is first Tuft and Needle purchase and it won’t be our last. Highly recommend.

Awesome. I love this bed.
I bought this after buying a Casper mattress, which felt like a toxic glob of goo. I returned it and got this mattress, and it is so comfortable and well-made. Not too soft, not too firm. Just right.

Missed the Mark for the "Tuft and Needle" Brand
Update#2 - Escalated customer service took care of me, but it was quite the ordeal to speak with them. They told me that I never should have been issued a return ticket, and that they had other ways of dealing with this. Added a star back due to her kindness. UPDATE - Amazon issued the return ticket, but the UPS would not take it, as the mattress was not in the original box. I have contacted customer service, and they are telling me that I will have to purchase a box large enough that UPS will take the pickup. UPS is telling me that they will not do this. I cannot return this item due to how they are handling this. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS ON AMAZON. you were warned I have 3 Tuft and Needle mattresses, and wanted another twin sized for a guest bed. I found the T&N KIN on amazon, and the reviews said it was firmer than the original. So, I ordered it and received it yesterday by mail. Immediately upon testing it, I could tell that the quality was NOT what I have with my other mattresses. It looks nice, but the foam is not supportive, and its too soft in the heavier areas of your body. There are only two possible answers to why this is: First, that this is a budget mattress, relative to the original and the mint. The issue with that is that its still very expensive. I bought my original King Mint mattress for not much more than this.... now, they have raised prices almost double... the second reason is that Tuft and Needle sold companies several years back, and the buying company could have make production cheaper to save costs. I don't know which it is, or if both, but if you have an existing T&N mattress, avoid this one.....It's on par with the 200$ amazon branded mattresses I get for my kids on amazon

I’m sleeping better on this mattress
This is firm, supportive and cool just like advertised. Had a classic Casper before and this is better, feels more supportive and more substantial.

The best
We bought the Twin XL . My wife had breast cancer and has a problem with the left part of the breast to the inside of left upp arm. Its a pressure all the time and a bit hard, especially in the night. since I have this mattress it‘s much less and no more so painfully. It helps my body an can sleep now the whole night, Its absolutely gorgeous. Will by for our California king too.

Can't go wrong with Tuft and Needle
This is our second Tuft and Needle mattress. The mattress is just the right level of soft and firm and it doesn't sleep too hot. My husband and I both love it. And you can't beat having it delivered to your door in a box.
