Adds character to my kitchen
I haven't really had a chance to use and experience my cart since I just. moved and had it assembled during the move so it's just sitting in the kitchen at this time but I love the look and predict I will love using it once the I'm actually moved in completely. I had it assembled for me so that took the pressure off me to put it together during this hectic time.

Very utilitarian. It is attactive as well
It was very easy to assemble. I also ordered a tube of Permatex (Loctite will work) because someone mentioned that the screws become loose over time. The Permatex does a good job of preventing the screws from moving. The only glitch was the box evidently broke open in transit and much of the hardware was lost. However the people at John Boos rushed out a replacement bag quickly and I only lost a couple of days. I would post a picture, but it is close to dinnertime and it get constant use. So at the moment it's not as attractive as it is when it is clean. ????

Great product, but beware
This is a solid stainless steel cart with a great large Boos board. Easiest to put together with 2 people but not impossible with 1. Looks great when finished and feels sturdy as well. The problem is mine came wrapped in a latex covering with a companies branding on all the steel pieces. Obviously not what I was expecting. The latex did peel off and underneath was a great looking product, but this means either a) the seller doesn't know their inventory and mistakenly sold an item they listed as something else or b) knew they had a branding return or cancellation and sold it anyway without noting this. Now, I bought this when it was marked down to $430, so did saving $200 off retail make it less of a hassle that I had to peel off this latex? Probably. But it was clearly lowered in price for that reason and just stating that would have been much better. I just want buyers to be aware in case something similar happens. I'll be reaching out to see if hopefully this didn't void the warranty.

The size is perfect. The block has some rough spots (both sides) ...
I've been wanting one of these for quite a while. Decided to purchase from Amazon because I could get it in 3 days. Other places had a fulfillment list of 4 to 6 weeks. The size is perfect. The block has some rough spots (both sides) and has a very slight warp on one side. When I turn it over it lays flat. My first Boos Block, so nothing to compare it too. I did purchase the oil and conditioner to treat it with and that seemed to help. Hoping the 'slight' warp was due to the freezing temperatures and will settle down. Since this will mainly be used for working bread dough, I didn't need a top that was varnished & finished. Assembly was easy. Casters had to be hammered with a rubber mallet but went in fine. One of the casters doesn't lock and one of the legs has a small sharp 'tit' sticking out, so that side went toward the cabinet.

Worth it
Arrived in perfect condition. There is protective film over all the surfaces. It does take a while to peel it all off, but it comes off cleanly and isn’t difficult to remove. The instructions aren’t very detailed but we were able to put it together easily. Amazed at the quality. Very well made and sturdy. The butcher block top is beautiful and in perfect condition. We oil it every night and rub beeswax on it once a week. Should last many years!

Beautiful addition to our kitchen
We ordered this kitchen cart to replace a larger movable kitchen island and it gave our kitchen am instant upgrade! The larger island took up too much space so we wanted to pick something that would take up less space but also give us enough food prep space. This cart is perfect! The wood top is beautiful, the cart is sturdy and the wheel locks work wonderfully so the cart doesn't move at all while I'm using it for food prep. I store my dry goods (beans, rice, flours) in clear containers on the shelves of the cart as well as a bread box and it looks really nice. I'm very happy that we chose this kitchen cart!

Wouldn’t purchase again, its a cutting board and a shaky shelf with caster wheels
I would not purchase again. Pain to put together and in the end it’s not really square and I played around with it quite a bit. I put the value at $249, definitely NOT $600+

looks great, functional, high quality
We remodeled our kitchen last summer and needed a rolling kitchen island. Went to Williams-Sonoma and the best match they had was a burly $1000 Boos island and a $300 flimsy-foldable option. Found this and over six months later we're very happy with it. It looks great. When you push it, it feels sturdy and it's nicely weighted. The height between the shelves is perfect for most of our appliances like our Kitchen-Aid mixer and Cuisinart food processor. Very nice product.
