More rugged than cozy

This is a solidly ok jacket, that I neither love nor hate. The 100 percent cotton denim has no stretch (as stated in the description), but isn't too stiff. The faux sherpa fully lines the inside of the jacket except for the sleeves, which have a quilted, slinky polyester lining. The sherpa is thin and nubby, not exactly scratchy, but also not very soft. That said, it is warm. As for fit, it is on the smaller side. I am I am 5 foot 7, weigh 170 pounds, have a 36C bust with narrow shoulders and a short torso, carry most of my weight in the middle, and wear a US women's size 10 or 12. I ordered this jacket in the large size, and it fits perfectly except the sleeves, which are a smidge too short (above my wrists, see my pics) when I reach. The hem is also snug on my hips when buttoned. Overall, this jacket is nice quality, but it isn't the softest or most cozy, and the sizing runs a bit snug. It is still a versatile cold weather wardrobe piece, though, and I plan to wear it often.
