bought 2 and one of it broke with in 3 weeks

I bought 2 bags for my kids of course for the kindergarten. But unfortunately one of the bag chest strape stiches got open in 3 weeks and the chest strap is now not connected to the bag anymore. That's a very bad experience these are not cheap bags by any mean and JackWolf skin being a well known brand, such an issue with their product is simply shameful. I have increased the star from 1 to 3, only because of Amazon's wonderful support I received refund even after 30-days returnable time, upon complain.

Schöner Rucksack für Kids

Echt toller Rucksack, super Farbe und Verarbeitung. Lässt sich auch gut tragen durch die gute Polsterung an Rücken und Schultergurten. Viel Platz ist auch. Top!
