Terrible packaging for the screw storage packet....

The packaging was not very good! I ordered four of these plates, All 4 of them were missing couple screws. One missing 3, one missing two and the other two missing one. Not very happy with it.

UPDATED REVIEW DO NOT BUY

When I opened the box, the kick plate was the thinnest possible and came with a large kink in the middle. Also there were no screws!!! A call to Hillman revealed that that they have no interest in rectifying the lack of screws. RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY FROM HILLMAN. UPDATE: The item has been stored in its box for a few months. On retrieval … the plating was bubbling and falling off at the bottom edge - exposing the aluminum base metal. This item is TOTAL JUNK!!! DO NOT BUY!! AMAZON - please remove the Hillman Group from your list of approved vendors.

Antique brass finish aluminum kick plate!

We used adhesive included in package to affix kick plate to my hollow, wood bedroom that had be scraped as my wheelchair passed it by. Elegant look. Love the look!

I purchased several kickplates from different companies for my exterior ...

I purchased several kickplates from different companies for my exterior doors. Some of them had to be custom made, so I was excited to find a reasonably priced option for the one door with a standard size. Fast forward 6 months laters and then finish is completely peeling off. This door stays in heavy shade, we had a drought this year and it hasn't snowed yet. I have no such problems with any of my other kick plates, all installed at the same time. save your time and money and steer clear.

Screws are missing

I read everyone elses review about the screws missing from their package and thought "surely not every kickplate is missing screws" but guess what? Missing screws. I never write reviews but this is really irritating. Don't order unless you want to go out and find matching brushed antique brass screws in the right size.

I think the picture speaks for itself. The finish flakes and doesn't hold up at all.
