Works Great at Home & Camping

I ordered this to make pancakes and other foods for a group camping trip. Before taking it to camp, I seasoned it beyond the factory seasoning by cooking bacon and a few dinners, cleaning it without soap, drying, heating the grill to completely dry, and finish by slightly oiling the heating grill to build the seasoning patina. I noticed some people reviews complaining about rust and sticking... I imagine they do not know this is how you have to treat cast iron. When I took it to camp I cooked bacon, pancakes, sausages, salmon, an veggies to perfection, utilizing both sides. No sticking. Its slightly harder to clean than a regular cast iron pan, due to all the grill shapes, but if you have a good scraping kit, its all good. To get around the issue about the stove top not heating the flat side, because the grill side is slightly elevated, heat it on the flat side first, then flip it over, keeping the heat on. It will retain the heat and you can use the flat griddle at home.

Perfect solution as it fit my Jenn Air grill space. It is very well made and pancakes and eggs dont stick(with a little oil).

Live my pan

Love this we use it 5-6 times a week. Works for anything from the perfectly event cooked pancake to the seared steak. We wish we had purchased sooner. The price was already of what the average super store charges.

Perfect for the stove and camp

Love using this for grilling vegetables and meats, works well on the bbq, stove and campfire. On the griddle side is great for making pancakes, French toast, eggs, etc. Allows us too cook more at one time making meals so much more efficient.

Griddle did not work on induction cooktop.

Chose the product because it was advertised to work on induction cooktops. Grill side worked fine, but griddle side did not heat up at all. Very disappointing.
