What a great spatula

I was a litrle apprehensive about spending 10$ on a spatula considering I can get a full kitchen set for 2$ at my local chinese store. But, using this has made cooking a joy. This thing easily separates my burned food from the pan, instant pot, and wok. Very very happy.

Gets it right indeed

These GIR spatulas have a sharp edge, are light but not flimsy or floppy, and are very durable. I like the one piece construction so that there are no little crevices where food and grease can collect; they wash up so easily. Smaller size doesn't feel miniature, just perfect for most jobs/pans; my regular size spatulas now seem a bit clumsy. This is the first spatula I grab. My cat chewed the end of one, and I was able to reshape it with a utility knife so that it's still usable!

Flips eggs effortlessly

It’s small enough and thin enough that I can flip 3 fried eggs easily

Too Flexible

I like this spatula for mixing up liquids, but as a spatula it's too flexible. I need something sturdier to scrape pans, lift portions, etc. This is fine for scraping bowls, maybe lifting baked cookies off of a baking pan - light substances.

Great for flipping delicate items

I was hesitant at first, it seemed too thick to be able to handle flipping delicate eggs without breaking the yolk. But I was happily wrong. Great, small spatula and really gets under thin food like crepes too

Works As Advertised!

Bought this based on a Wirecutter recommendation and Amazon reviews. When I got it, I was not convinced it would be as good as it turned out to be. But it is! Easy to handle, gets under food easily, stirs easily, turns fish and meat easily, though on occasion because the silicone is slippery the fish will slip off. And cleans super-easily. Ergonomically convenient, and the price is reasonable. So, I'm sold and am now buying as presents for others.

Great little flipper

I purchased the large version of this a few years back and can't fault the quality. This new smaller one is great when using a smaller frying pan. Heat resistant and all one piece with is great for hygiene, I've noticed my other spatulas always end up with old food finding it's way into the bit where the handle joins on. Overall would recommend this brand, its sturdy and has the right amount of flex at the end.

All I need in a flipper

Love the size and the flexibility makes it super easy to use. Also, the silicone is non-stick and easy to clea.
