Nice fryer for 2

Fryer works well. Indicator light comes on when you reach selected temperature. Safety electric cord is also on and off switch when you plug it in. Oil temp got to 375 fairly fast. Recovery time between fries takes a few minutes but overall is OK. Pretty good for a deep fryer that doesn’t have a submerged heating element. During fry the exterior stays safe to touch. IR temp indicted a maximum of about 90 deg. Basket is well made. Oil capacity is a little over 4 cups. Fried fish came out very nice and crisp. The fryer is about the size of a 2 slice toaster. Overall I’m happy with this small fryer for two.

Get a thermometer

This small deep fryer works great for the purpose of cooking for one person. You aren't going to cook for a party out of this thing but if you understand that it can work pretty well. Unfortunately the temperature control is awful. You really need a thermometer to tell what temp its set to.

I love this little thing: my other frier is a gallon! This is perfect!

Not the deepest fryer but it works fantastic. The heat control knob is flimsy with no "friction" feedback but I manage to get the right heat. Despite the external heater (not sitting in the oil) it maintains heat well. That means the lower price and far easier cleanup. This is my go to fryer now!

Great quality

I’ve gone through several cheap small fryers. The non stick coating would scratch, or the bottom start falling off. There’s no cracks for the oil to leak in on this one and it’s quality stainless steel so should last for a while!

In a Word: Excellent!

Using this deep fryer is so intuitive…almost load (with oil) and go. I purchased this model after a similar one was not available. Primary uses will be chicken and fish, deep fried to perfection. Had a variety of chicken pieces for the first usage, and everything was wonderful. I concede that it would be nice to have a carbon filter to help absorb food odors, but the lack of one wasn’t a deal breaker. Very easy to clean once it has cooled sufficiently. Total quality for what it’s designed to do! I’m very pleased.

Works excellent

Love this mini fryer. It heats up pretty fast and fried these sesame balls perfectly. The temperature didn't reach the exact temp as stated in the dial when I used my meat thermo to check the temperature, but it didn't bother me. It was close enough and did the job perfectly.

Great Product

I bought this fryer to make our favorite wings at home during the lock down. The product arrived well packaged, on time and is perfect for the job intended. I was going to order a smaller size, but I am very glad I did not as I can cook enough wings for my husband and I in one go. I would recommend this product. It is very easy to clean and easy to use. Cooks wings perfectly, pub quality!

The Deep Fryer supplied does not maintain a temperature more than 110 Deg, and is is rated for 200 deg temperature so we are unable to fry the potato waffels Please advice a return.
