As long as your expectations are realistic, you'll be happy

I bought this pan a little more than 3 years ago. Like many, I've been through the gambit of "non-stick" pans and always found they flaked black bits into my food after a while or simply failed to remain non-stick even with the kitchen spray. I found this pan has performed well beyond others I paid far more for. I think, for some reason, the phrase "non-stick" has come to mean "will never stick regardless of situation...ever" and this is just a silly assumption. When any "non-stick" pan is new, it's gonna be the perfect "non-stick" surface. However, once you've used it enough to create the first scratch in the finish, you're gonna need something to prevent sticking, regardless of what pan you buy. Period. As you can see from my images, my pans have seen quite a bit of use. I would call it moderate to heavy use, considering literally every single egg made in this house over the past 3+ years was made in this pan, along with dozens of steaks, chicken, pork chops, veal, and so on. This pan has been perfect for sunny-side-up and/or over easy eggs, omelets, sautéing vegetables, and getting that perfect sear on a protein...as long as I've used some kind of oil to help it along. With eggs, a little kitchen spray works wonders. With meats, rub a little oil on the meat. For vegetables, a pat of butter works. In the hundreds of meals I've made with this pan, I've never had an issue with food sticking. I cook nearly every meal at home, so we're talking 3 meals a day 7 days a week with only the occasional night to dine out or vacation. After almost 4 years and hundreds of meals, I still love this pan. If you're wanting a "non-stick" pan, have reasonable expectations, and take reasonably good care of your cookware, this pan will give you years of excellent service. If you want a pan that needs no spray and never sticks, buy a $10 Teflon pan and replace it every 6 months.

The last skillet you will ever buy

I have bought so many "non-stick" skillets in my life, only to throw them away about 3 months later. They start to flake the non-stick coating off, or they get scratched. Then this jewel came into my life. I was skeptical at first and after I got over the shock of the cost, I thought, what if it does the things they say it can do. So I bought this one and let me tell you, this is a game changer! I love it so much I bought another skillet! No flaking, no scratches! I use them every day and haven't been disappointed so far after 6 months. You will not regret it!!

Awesome pan

Love this pan. Was skeptical when the wife claimed it said it was safe for metal utensils but it does actually say it.....that being said I still would recommend not pushing your luck and just use plastic or wooden depending on what your making. But the absolute key to this pan is let the pan have long enough to heat up without ANYTHING in it FIRST and do not use anything to "help" the non stick surface!!!!! You DO NOT NEED cooking spray,pam,oil or to purposely melt butter to keep food from sticking. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS! JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS PROVIDED TO THE LETTER EVERY TIME.

Love! Love! Love!

I absolutely love these frying pans….As long as you follow the instructions you shouldn’t have any problems with them….I got so sick and tired of having to replace my frying pans with the manufacturer claims good doesn’t stick to them..They would work fine up until after so many uses after having them up to a year.. These Ninja frying pans are almost like cast iron ones but not…Their very sturdy and very well made…I highly recommend this set for everyone…I cooked some pancakes one morning and they were cooked evenly and no sticking what so ever…I’m going to purchase the pots soon..Looking forward to using those….I’d give these ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s.Not five….

Actually and truly non stick

I would not say it's indestructible as my son used it once and managed to leave 2 gashed cut marks right through the so called indestructible coating. It can be scratched like any other pan. HOwever, I like the quality of the cooking so we threw that one in the trash and purchased another one on sale and using a non metal spatula it works amazing. The eggs never stick, it never needs soap to clean, it is a great pan, better than TFal.

The best!

I absolutely love this skillet! It heats more evenly than my iron skillets, makes frying & clean up easier. I do not use metal utensils or put in the dishwasher. Why would I put it in the dishwasher when it cleans so easily? My husband even prefers it now after initially thinking I was crazy for not using the iron skillets. I bought the smaller one 1st & then decided to get a larger one. It's also nice that it can go in the oven. Tonight I used it for loin chops rather than getting out the George Forman grill & clean up was so much easier. Since you don't use a lot of grease, the stove stays cleaner when frying. I'm so happy I purchased this.

Nothing sticks

I tried these newer pans and so far I am impressed. So easy to clean and nothing sticks. It states you can use high heat, which I have done. I plan on giving my cast iron pans to my kids. These are much easier to maintain and easier to handle for me.

Great pan, but....

Bought this in November 2022 as a gift for hubby. We use it almost every day and love how it cooks and cleans. We have used metal spatulas in it but now we see little scratches in the bottom of the pan. Would like to know how to reach manufacturer to request replacement. It's supposed to be good for 10 years and we are not happy about the scratches. I recommend not using metal spatulas.

Best frying pan!

I've only had this pan for a couple of months so I don't know how long it will last. Hopefully it will last a long time. It works great on a gas stove. I used it about every other day for eggs or grilled cheese. It whips clean with a paper towel. No need to wash with soap. Like ever. It is thick and works like a cast iron pan but without having to season it all the time like you would with cast iron. And it is non-stick. It takes a little longer to heat up than a regular pan because it is thick but that is the same as cast iron. It heats evenly and retains heat. Beautiful pan. I plan to get some large sizes when my other pans need replacing. Highly recommended although I haven't had it long.

Great 11" square pan

Great pan now I can cook 4 full grill cheese, french toast etc. Just wipe out with paper towel n cook more. Nice addition to my foodie set

only one problem no vent for steam

so all good so far nice design and material looks solid easy to clean my only complain is it dose not have a vent or hole when you put the glass cover on so you will have to lift it every once in a while
