Best pan ever!

T-fal pulled off some magic voodoo alchemy when they designed this incredible pan. Ive had it for a few months now and it's absolutely the go to pan for everything that i can think of cooking in it. For starters, it has a clever function that lets you know when it's sufficiently hot. The outer red ring in the center of the pan has off color squares that turn the same color as the ring when the pan has properly preheated. That's a great feature on its own, but where the pan truly shines is the hard anodized non stick surface. The pan actually delivers on the non stick promise, to the point of perfection. For instance, i can crack two eggs into the pan without oil, and as soon as they set, they can slide around freely when the pan is tilted. I had cheese from cheeseburgers drip off the side of the patties on to the pan surface, and it lifted up along with the patties when i used a spatula to pull them off. This pan also sears incredibly well. I did two ribeye steaks with butter, rosemary, and garlic (pictured) searing them and basting as i cooked them. The sear came out better than any other non stick pan I've ever tried. The pan came with a nice heavy duty lid, the lid handle is wrapped so doesn't slip or get excessively hot. Cleaning the pan is as simple as wiping it out with a paper or dish towel. I've used wooden and metal utensils while cooking and so far don't see any scratches. Buy this awesome pan. Fantastic value

I buy a new Pan about every 10 to 20 years. This one was a fantastic investment, and I am totally shocked that the quality, given the affordable price. Buy nice, or buy twice, Grandpa always used to say. You can't go wrong on this slippery, even heat-distributing number, especially at the sale price.

Great size, with durable T-Fal coating

We found this to be the best size pan. This pan is durable. My son cooks bacon everyday, and hamburgers, etc. I cook big pancakes, and they are evenly browned on the surface. And unlike other pans we had, this pan never warps from high heat. I'd buy again.

I never do reviews. But this is the best pan I've ever had. Hands down. No competition whatsoever. Sturdy, heats up fast, and distributes the heat evenly. Super-easy to clean.

T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan with Lid 12 Inch

First, I will say how pleased I am with this frying pan! I had to replace a 20 yr old Bialettti Frying pan that started to flake teflon coating. I was looking for a new one, heavier, and so glad to find this one. It is perfect for saute, and I use it for my pasta sauces. I like that the lid has a small hole for steam that takes the pressure off the cover. It is very easy to clean you can put it in the dishwasher. If there are some hard stains or food stuck I let it soak in hot water for awhile to loosen it up. Now I am looking for a replacement saucepan too! Highly recommended!!!

The size is great and I like the higher sides so I can do an occasional stir fry. Really easy to clean also.
