Not perfect, but still the best rubber spatula

I laid one of these against the side of the pan, and it melted a groove in the handle. So he heat resistance? It has issues. The robber is exceptional, but by its own nature it's not particularly easy to wash. It's a bit rough, and porous, right? So easy to clean? It washes off, but not exceptionally well. But this is the best rubber spatula I have ever owned, and I've actually bought more than one because of it. It's the most sturdy, perfect size you could ask for. No, it's not impervious to heat. Don't lay it in the pan. No, it doesn't wash off like a piece of glass. But that's normal and natural and you really can't do better. The point is, this is the best rubber spatula made. I love it.

Where Has this Been All My Life!!!

1/1/21 - KitchenAid Gourmet Spoon Spatula Are you tired of those plastic or silicone spatulas that go floppy the minute they touch a hot pan? Well this is a spoon and a spatula in one AND it will not go floppy while you're cooking. The tip of the spoon/spatula flexes, so it's great for stirring and making sure you're incorporating everything from the bottom and sides. About 2/3 of the spoon/spatula has metal inside, so it remains firm while you're stirring. It's a very well designed utensil and has immediately become my go-to utensil for soups, stews, gravy, and puddings. I'd recommends this KitchenAid Spoon/Spatula for anyone who cooks. Having equipment that works makes a huge difference in the kitchen; that includes something as minor as a spoon/spatula.

Good overall

I love cooking with this, but noticed that you can’t rest the handle over a pan/pot while cooking, even briefly. The spoon part is heat resistant, but the handle is not. Part of the handle is now warped.

This is the best kitchen spatula I have used in quite a long time… I have had many other junky crappy ones and this one really holds up to the heat while cooking in a pan… Seriously… This is a great spatula… You should buy one

Quality spatula

Really solid spatula. I use it primarily for baking because a lot of the other ones I had snapped in half when handling the heavier doughs. I really like the quality of this one.

Owned many but this is THE best !! You get what u pay for !! Useful to scoop, as a spoon , a super scraper , never goes hard, easy to clean ,very well constructed ,simply the best !! Five stars !!

This is not as comfortable in my hand. The spoon part is not as wide and the handle is longer.
