Great idea but no way to inflate!

Liked everything except for the fact that it did not come with anything that would enable us to actually inflate it and use it! Did not have an option to contact the seller so we may have to just return it :o(

Great under your covers

This is a great product. It slips under your cover & prevents pooling of rain on top of your cover because it 'lifts' the cover & works like a drainage system because of the height it provides. I love it so much I even ordered another one so they will sit side by side. Just know you have to order the pump also to inflate the cover. It inflates really fast too.

DO NOT OVER INFLATE

I purchased 2 sizes of this product, one to put under my outdoor furniture cover and another to use as a lifting bag. When using the one for a lifting bag to position something under my bed, I used my small shop vacuum to fill it. I quickly found out how fast the bag can go from almost full to full and lifting my bed. I bring this up because I noticed some reviews complaining about the bags leaking. I also noticed there is no maximum pressure rating for these bags either. If you over pressurize the bags, you can stress the perimeter seal and cause a slow leak. As for the bag I have raising my furniture cover, it hasn't leaked yet. I've used the "lifting bag" a couple times and am pleased with its performance. Lastly, make sure you check the box for the vacuum nozzle adaptor.

Ok, but the old one was much better!

I ordered this to replace my old duck pillow. It was a dark blue vinyl that lasted me 7 years. Apparently, they no longer make those. This one is not as nice, and does not blow up as well as the old one did. Even with the suggested pump, it was difficult. Wish I could get the old one again. So far this one is staying inflated, it just is skinnier than the old one.

Beware - no way to inflate this!

Seems durable enough. Not extremely thick, but enough. It's the seams that are the weak spot in such an item so only time will tell. HOWEVER, value is one star because it is impossible to use. It does not have any way to blow up manually nor to use a bicycle pump, etc., nothing. Apparently there is a proprietary adapter piece that is not included with the item. It does NOT have a valve like on my all of our other inflatables and air beds that (1) fits a generic air pump (2) ALSO can be blown up manually! While there is an available pump, it costs 2 or 3 times what an airpump normally costs and is priced at 3 times the cost of the item itself! So a 15 pillow would cost over 55!! The instructions clearly state "included adapter". Included instructions also claim that more info is provided at their website. But the URL given no longer exists. Have tried all the usual hacks such as hair dryer but this valve is locked tight. Very disappointed in Duck covers should be better quality. Unusable.

missing adapter

Received the unit very quickly. Looks like a very nice and practical solution for the long winter period that the cover will be on a long couch. The adapter to fill the unit with air was not provided (I have several air pumps and do not need another from this manufacturer). All of the directions to fill the unit, note how to use the adapter, but it was not provided. Customer service is limited due to Covid, phone system automatically drops calls, emails note at least a week to 2 week turn around. I don't know if I will return the unit or not if they fail to provide the adapter once customer service does contact me.

No More Pooling

I had purchased the Duck Cover for my rectangular patio table and 6 chairs. After putting the cover on with no pillow I quickly found out after the first rain storm that the cover by itself made for a great pond on the surface of the table. I figured the easiest thing to do was purchase a pillow. Did that and carefully inflated it with my large air compressor. The air compressor would have exploded the pillow so I stopped before it was fully inflated and finished off with lung power. The set up of the Duck Cover and the pillow now works just fine. The water and snow slide off with no pooling. One point to note is the pillow was inflated on a warmer day so when the cold (near zero) weather came the air in the pillow contracted and I manually added more air on a warmer day to maintain a well-inflated pillow (and drainage). A winning combination for outdoor protection of my patio furniture investment.
